The problem was that we had some rain and the guy said he can't come over and do it when it's wet. It has to be dry otherwise you are not going to see the result you want to see. It worked out and it was perfect. The guy was prompt and he worked with me to make sure I got the right solution at the right time, and we didn't rush it. It ended up being fabulous. And the guy was quick too. I've never seen a pressure washer that could do all that out of his truck. All we provided was the water hook-up. He had all that stuff in his truck and it's a 150 foot hose, it was pretty impressive.

We were very pleased with the quality of the person's work.

Overall, I was not pleased with this service. There were water spots on most all of the windows they cleaned. I found myself doing them over after they left. They tried to get me to scedule another cleaning in 6 months but I politely declined. I won't be using that company again

They did an excellent job, and were very competent and professional.  I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had to leave 3 messages in order to get a call back- it took a full week for this company to call me back and tell me they didn't service my area.  The money was refunded and as it turned out a local company did the same work promised for less.

It was fine. He came and did the work and I was satisfied with the job.

They were scheduled to come out and did not show. I called and they let me know there was a problem with another scheduling. They rescheduled the services and gave me a four month extension, because the big deal was going to end. When they came out they were here on time and they worked very hard. I have never seen windows so clean. I was more than 100% happy with the result.

The young man was exceptionally polite, professional and neatly dressed. We discussed exactly what windows I wanted cleaned and the cost for adding a sliding glass door and additional windows. He seemed new and nervous when he had to itemize and add up my original deal plus the extra work. I'm not sure if he was the franchise owner or an employee of the franchise.
Once he started the work he did an excellent job but was very slow. I have used other window cleaners at other locations and they were much more experienced and very fast. I got the feeling he was new at this but he was very nice and did a good job.
I think the companies prices are a bit high. I had to pay extra because my side-sliding windows were a liitle bit larger than what they considered a single window so I had to pay for each half as if they were separate windows. That doubled the number of windows I had and therefore had to pay more money. Now that I know that, I would try to negotiate the pricing before placing another order with them.
Otherwise, they did a good job and were very polite and professional.

He was very fast and efficient. He came immediately and was in and out while doing a good job!

Overall they did an acceptable job. The two young men who showed up were prompt, courteous, and professional.. They worked all day ( about 6 hours) and did a wonderful job on the windows. On the pressure washing of the house and concrete I would probably give them a b- (b minus), not because of the effort the boys put into it but because they just didn't have the right equipment. The pressure washer they had was just a "Harry Homeowner" special from Home Depot. I was very surprised that this was all they had but considering they pulled up in an unmarked suv rather than a professional truck I should have expected it. I felt I overpaid for what I got.

I hired this company from an Angie's List Promotion. I had window cleaning on my "to-do" list for house chores. This was such a great deal that I decided that now was the time to cross this one off the list. I added additional windows and screens to those included in the Promotion. He priced those at the same half price as the windows included on the coupon. I did not expect that, as his regular rate was very reasonable.

The service tech was on time, and extremely courteous during all of our transactions. He wanted to do the best job ever. He cleaned my windows  (by hand) as if I were a very, very important customer. No detail was overlooked. He really did a great job on the build up of algae on the windows, screens and frames of five windows, located next to each other.

He split the job into two days. He took care of everything inside on the day of the appointment. He returned the next day to finish the outside work.

I purchased the Big Deal and called and made the appointment to have all my windows cleaned.  Shawn arrived on time and got immediately to work.  He removed screens, cleaned windows and sills and replaced the screens.  The entire process took only 90 minutes.  Very impressive and professional.

I scheduled an appointment for 11/9/11 between 8am and 11am. They did not show up for the appointment, so I called the local office. They did not respond to my calls, so I called corporte. After speaking with the corporate office, theworkers did show up around 1pm, but were not even aware that I called corporate. I did not want the service anymore and sent them away and told them to call corporate as directed by their office. I had been waiting all day and was very upset that the local office was so unrespionsive. I have just had my big deal refunded and no longer want their services.

I was given a time of 8-11AM on 11/4.  When they hadn't arrived at 8:30 I called.  No answer.  When they hadn't arrived at 9:30 I called.  No answer.  I finally got a call back from Desiree at 11.  She apologized for the confusion but that was a range of times, and also they had miscommunicated with the guys at they thought they weren't supposed to be there until noon.  So after wasting my entire morning, they finally arrive, at 12:45 (45 minutes later than even they thought they were to be there) and I find they had a job at 8:30.  So why schedule 8-11 as a range when they know they have a job at 8:30?  Desiree did not have an explanation for this.  I showed the crew what needed to be done, they quoted me a price for the excess and we agreed.  Then most of the crew left and only one guy was left to clean 3800 sq feet of exterior, three porches, a garage, and driveway.  They didn't even get started until 1:30.  Then at 4:30 they wanted to leave.  One of the other guys came from another job and had injured his leg.  I saw it and it's true he needed to go get it looked at, but he didn't need help.  He helped clean up the job and put the equipment away.  If he can do that, he can go to the hospital by himself.  They just didn't want to work past 5 on a Friday, despite having shown up late and not having enough people to do the job.  What work he did do (only about 1/3 of the total job) was good.  So I gave a B rating for that.  He agreed to come the very next day to finish, arriving at 11-Noon.  The next day, noon comes and goes.  We finally get a call at 1 (again, an hour late) saying they aren't coming.  They didn't have our number to call earlier?!  They had a job in the morning and it was too big.  So again, they mismanaged their time and didn't communicate.  The only resolution we were given (after having wasting two entire days waiting around for them) was that they would be back in a week!  We fired them on the phone and called Angies list to cancel the Big Deal.  Which they did.  Do NOT hire this firm.  I can only guess that they were using an outside contractor (because the company is based in CA and we are in FL) but if you can't provide quality service, then don't!

They were very prompt and professional and reviewed the promotion and additonal number of windows and total screens I requested to have cleaned.
