First I need to compliment the technicians specifically James who has been coming out to our home twice a year, Other technicians have been out as well and all are professional, courteous and knowledgable. The techs get an A+ rating. The problem is with the office staff., one person in particular. I made an appointment online and called to confirm. The girl who answered said she was just back from vacation and would call back. i never heard back so I called again and once I said my name I was told 'you don't have an appointment, I even checked with the person who handles maintenance. I can certainly understand how you can get busy and even overwhelmed just coming back from vacation and if I got an oh, I'm sorry I never got back to you, this would not be an issue. She knew I made an appointment online and was expecting someone to come out and you do not think I need to call back and let me know the online system is not working and schedule an appointment, When I asked if she thought this was good customer service she replied with 'this is the end of your service contract anyway'.

We have used them for approx. three years now and I would recommend them. I should point out that when they noticed we were low on freon, they did say if we noticed the electric bill going up to call back and they would come right out.

Had a nightmare experience with a different company on the same day attempting to charge an exorbitant fee without warning. Called this company because they were nearby to our home and repair was done rapidly (in less than 1 hour) and fees were reasonable and in line with what we had read the charge should have been. A/C is now working, home temperature is improving steadily, and our infant can sleep safely. Thank you!

Our AC stopped working so I called the closest A rated vendor. I was very pleased with the technician. He was friendly, thorough and walked me through everything he was doing.
He was REALLY late and several hours past the window given but fortunately I could work around it. He told me had had an emergency on the other side of town and that is why he was late. I would have liked to have known earlier than a few minutes before the end of my window as I couldn't leave the house all day. All in all I would definitely call them again.

My a/c was putting out warm air occasionally. I called Ambrose. They came out the next day exactly when they said they would. The service man spent almost 2 hours and gave the system a complete checkout. Turned out that the water drain line was clogged with algae causing much of the water to back up into the house. He thoroughly cleaned the line. This caused a "float" within the drain system to function properly. This float apparently shuts the compressor off when the water backs up. He was very professional and only charged me for a preventative maintenance call.

Ambrose Air is always on time and extremely pleasant. They really care about their customers. They won our business by helping us solve an air conditioning problem caused by another company of whom would not stand behind their work. Ambrose went out of their way to help us and showed a great amount of empathy for our situation. We have been loyal customers ever since. It is nice to do business with companies that focus on heart as well as profit.

The experience was excellent. They have excellent customer service and they are extremely knowledgeable. They were very helpful in determining the appropriate system. They were extremely professional and timely with the installation.

Just great. They came and evaluated, checked out the existing situation. They put in a whole new unit with a great programmable thermostat. They re-checked it when I had questions and have done the first preventive-maintenance service. They are all very nice men who conduct themselves with professionalism and courtesy.
