All Quality Marble & Granite

We went to All Quality Marble because of their website. The sales person we used was Gabriel or Gab. He is very knowledgeable and showed us various products. We had been to other places so I knew the range of prices that he was quoting was reasonable. We did find a beautiful dolomite product; they have marble and granite. The price includes installation and preparation. Gab previously was an installer at All Quality and so we discussed the preparation and installation process and the more we talked the more that I understood what a smart and nice person he was. No pressure sales, no inexperienced sales clerk, but a truly nice store and staff. A lady came in just as we were leaving and she spoke Spanish and Gab is fluent in spanish . May people do speak English but are more comfortable using their native language.

We've used All Quality Marble & Granite many times. I highly recommend them. They are extremely helpful, no sales nonsense, no hidden fee's. They even fixed broken granite for me that I didn't buy from them. I've gone into talk to Rockie just to get some ideas. If you have your dimensions they will give you a quote without any obligation or sales pressure. I'm super picky about seems and they are masters for sure.

Rocky helped us select the Mother Earth granite and it was a very complicated flow pattern to be installed in our large kitchen. Jeremiah and Rocky were both so patient with us. He was able to cut it so all the flow matched and the seam was absolutely outstanding. You can't even tell. His installers used about three different color mixtures for the seam and it is near perfect. Our contractor said he he has never seen a granite job he liked as much as ours. We could not be happier with the job. We just knew that it was going to be a perfect fit for us when we walked in and met Rocky (and Lola...woof).

Miracle workers! Pete is that extremely rare find of someone who under sells and over delivers. After a horrific experience with a cabinet installer who broke my granite counter top, Pete and his team completed the removal and re-install with surgical precision. I was in complete disbelief it was even possible, and I was on pins and needles until I saw it with my own eyes. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. Thank you to the entire team at All Quality!!!

Everything went really smooth.  Peter was professional, friendly and helpful.  I described what we were looking for and he took me to the perfect material.  It was a one stop service, I did not have to go all over town to pick the granite then find a fabricator, then find a sink and  they put the counter tops in in less than one week!  The installers were efficient and polite.  It looks beautiful. I had absolutely no problems. We are extremely happy and hope to use them again for the kitchen.

My  searching took 4 months. I went from one granite shop to the next hunting for the perfect slabs and the best prices. I finally discovered, by accident, All Quality Marble and Granite. They're located in the granite/marble district off OBT in Orlando. They  displayed the most beautiful slabs outside of their showroom. Inside, I appreciated an adequate selection of exquisite stones. The real gem in the store was Diane who gave me the best customer service ever! Her eye for color and design was perfect and she put my mind at ease when making such an important decision. Diane introduced me to the owner, Peter Knight who was extremely helpful with the technical details. I purchased the slabs on Tues. Jan 28th and they were installed on Fri. Jan. 31st. The installers were superb. They were highly professional and worked meticulously.  I appreciated that they covered my new hardwood floors with cardboard templates and sealed off my new cabinets with plastic while installing the granite. My new kitchen looks amazing...the two granites compliment each other perfectly. Needless to say, I'm a very happy camper and would highly recommend All Quality Marble and Granite to everyone.

I had recently used All Quality to replace my master bathroom countertops and was so pleased that I had them do my kitchen counters too. I sent Diane my measurements and she got back to me quickly with an initial quote. I went to their granite yard to choose my slab and Diane was again very helpful in working with me to find the perfect selection. Peter (the owner) came to template a few days later and my counters were installed the following week. The installers were efficient, friendly, and polite. They cleaned up after themselves completely. Another great experience!

Everything was fine and they did a nice job. They returned phone calls and they were right on the button with their quote. There were no problems whatsoever with All Quality Marble & Granite. The owner came out personally to do all the measurements. I liked what he offered and the price wasn't the highest or the lowest. If I have anymore work I will use All Quality Marble & Granite in the future. 

These people are professional and courteous.  Susan was extremely helpful in selecting sinks and faucets from their showroom.  She also directed me to Stonewarehouse, which I ended up selecting the granite that is  now in my house.  I can't say enough good things about how responsive and professional these people are.  Pete the owner of the company came out to my house to measure and then after the install to make sure everything was done by his installers in the correct manner. The bonus was they are a one stop shop that can provide many materials that were involved in my job.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

It was only a small job, but they were great! I would definitely use them on a bigger job. They were prompt, did great work and were very professional.

Met Peter as he was with a Saturday appointment customer, he helped us despite our lack of appointment. He took us through the remnant pieces that were available, and that would fit the sill of our shower. He located a piece of gray slate for us that would work; they did the cutting and polishing, and had the item ready when we were ready for it to be installed.

All Quality had to wait almost 3 months for me to get my act together after they had ordered the granite; during this entire period, Susan was patient and kind and only asked that they be notified when the cabinets were installed. On a Tuesday I called Susan and told her the cabinets were ready for template; on Wednesday, Peter came out and measured. I had not requested a window sill replacement over the sink, but Peter said he would throw that in because it would really look nice. Boy, was he right. On Friday (of the same week!) Peter called and said the countertop would be delivered and installed on the following Monday if that was ok with me. On Monday, Tony and Jose showed up on time and installed the counters. These two young men are smart, funny, hard working, professional, and really, really good at what they do. My kitchen entry is not configured as to accomodate an L-shaped granite counter, so Tony and Jose had to carry the thing from the living room and execute tricky maneuvers to get the counter (which must weigh a ton) in place; this took intelligence, experience, and lots and lots of hard work. The counters are absolutely beautiful. I found All Quality Marble & Granite to be professional, gracious, timely, patient, and efficient; both the counter top and the installation were excellent.
