They were wonderful. Very professional and informative about what they was doing. They fixed everything quickly. They seen I had my hands full and needed to go to the store to get light bulbs. They even went as far as grabbing me lightbulbs while they was out. I could not ask for more professional young men. They were even great with my 7 year old grandson who has cerebral palsy. He was asking them a million questions. They just answered him everything and was so good with him. They not only did their job great they made a little boys day.

We had problems with a light switch making a noise, and they sent someone out right away. A few weeks later we needed a ceiling fan replaced. Both times the service was prompt and excellent. I'm so happy to have found them, and will be calling them for all of our future electrical work.

Very well. Brian also performed an inspection and showed me the wiring of my outlets that could come undone and cause problems. He suggested getting a whole house surge protector which I am now considering. I’m very pleased with his work.

It went very well they troubleshot a bad circuit breaker on pool pump and also fixed pool light that was wired incorrectly.

Matt and the other tech were able to find the short within a couple of minutes and repaired the issue quickly. They also helped put up a ceiling fan while they were here. Awesome service!

Joe and Andrew were fantastic! They did a fabulous job on all the miscellaneous projects we had, including removing a florescent fixture in the kitchen and replacing it with four LED can lights. They also added a socket above our plant shelf and connected it to an existing switch (adding a second switch) which will allow us to put lighted garland up there at Christmas time. Both of then were very professional and pleasant to work with. We had a slight issue initially with a missed appointment for the estimate due to a temp in their office who "overstepped her bounds". But, when I called to ask where they were, Krista in their office jumped on it, apologized profusely, and got someone there within 45 minutes. Their quote was the best of three, and we are so pleased with the service we were provided. NOTE: All 3 of our quotes were done by well-reviewed Angie's List companies. All Phases beat both of the other two - one of them by over $1000! So, I highly recommend that no one go with just one quote, even with Angie's List companies.

I requested a contact approximately a month ago to have some electrical issues addressed at my home. After two weeks I had not heard anything from the company. I called them and left a message to please contact me and it has been another two weeks and I still have not heard anything from them. Fortunately I was able to find a company who was responsive and did the job. The common courtesy of a returned phone call is a pretty low bar as relates to customer service.

I spoke with them to upgrade my electrical at my house.Josh came out and checked out all of our concerns. He explained exactly what was needed to make my house safer and willing to put in an outlet for my new stove. When I called and booked the service they had us on the schedules within 3 days. On Thursday, Nick and Chris arrived for the job. We had a brief discussion after meeting both of them on what need to happen. I was told this could take all day but they called another team that Brandon was a part of and three of them get kudos on work done right and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished the job by 2 pm. These three man were a delight and very professional at getting the job done. They updated out electrical Boxes and Meter and installed a light and an outlet for my stove. Whenever in the future I can hire them my first call will be to All Phase Electric.

Two guys came in and installed the new fixtures rather quickly. They were punctual and had worked around another project to get the job done on the day scheduled. Everything looks nice and works great. Would hire again.

Exceptional service. We requested this service because our cable/internet provider told us the problems we were having were due to "old cabling". They said they don't do it. Went right to Angie's List and found All Phase. When technician came out to do the work, he took the time to double check the diagnosis of the cable company. It turned out that we never did need new cabling, only newer connectors. He got the new connectors and installed them. Saved us money!!! We have had no problems since then. Very Professional service and would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.

Corey and Eddie were professional, friendly and worked efficiently. They explained why and what they did when I asked questions. I'll ask for them when I need more electrical help. They worked for about 3.5 hours..

We have a 22 foot ceiling in a great room and wanted to have a fan installed. We contacted 4 Electricians through Angie's List and All Phases was the only one that replied. They replied right away and said they could do it, and at a very reasonable price. They put us on their schedule two days later and got the job done! The technicians were knowledgable and courteous (and brave - they used a 16 foot ladder!) Needless to say, we are extremely happy with their professionalism and prompt service. We will definitely call them for future electrical services!

Thanks to All Phases Electrical, our generator's battery charger is now wired correctly, via the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). The system was originally installed years ago by a different company, but they wired the battery charger to the main utility distribution panel, which shuts off during power outages. Since the generator powers its own battery charger, the charger should have been wired to the generator's ATS. All of the circuit breakers in the ATS were already committed, but by installing a double-switch breaker, the All Phases electrician was able to pair up the battery charger circuit breaker with an existing function already in place, our garage lighting. I had expected to have to give up that breaker to make room for the battery charger connection, but this pairing let us keep both. Long story short: I was very pleased with the professionalism of the electricians and with the results they achieved.

I was charged $140 just for them to tell me the wiring was wrong and the light fixture needed replace. The problem was not fixed and the light was still flickering. When I first received the invoice I phone to complain. I explained that they didn't fix anything. They told me if I bought a new light fixture they would replace it for no additional charge. This was a brand new fixture and I wasn't happy with the diagnoses. I asked another electrical company to come out for a second opinion. He checked everything and laughed at the original diagnoses. He said the wiring was fine, and the light fixture was fine. He suspected all that was wrong was a bad batch of energy efficient bulbs. He replaced the bulbs and the light fixture is working perfectly. Do not recommend this company. At this point they still want me to pay the invoice even though their diagnoses was completely wrong and they didn't fix anything. Their only solution was for me to purchase a new light fixture that did not need replaced. I offered to pay a reduced amount for a service fee, which they refused to do saying they couldn't prove anything I said. $140 for is ridiculous for a completely wrong diagnoses. I will take this further. I am going to ask an attorney. Do not use this contractor. They are crooks!!!!!
