Jay Miller was punctual, thorough, and very professional. He helped me understand the weak points in the home and gave me tips on how to keep the house in good shape, very important for a first time home buyer like myself. I would recommend them to everyone!

Jay Miller was on time, courteous, & professional. He went over the whole house with me & made me understand what needed to be repaired to the owner. He went out of his way to come back on a Saturday to reinspect.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. MY HUSBAND WANTED THEM TO DO A LOT OF TEACHING SO THEY COULD TEACH HIM THINGS ABOUT THE HOUSE AS THEY WENT THROUGH. WE HAVEN'T ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH OUR HOME SINCE WE MOVED IN, SO IT ISN'T LIKE THEY OVERLOOKED ANYTHING.
