Very poor workmanship and makes a lot of promises and cannot deliver. He had to reschedule the first appointment. He took longer than promised and the grout work and cleanup was sloppy. He did not finish the tile work in one of the bathrooms and laundry room. It has been 5 months, and he either cancels or doesn't show up for appointments scheduled. He has stopped answering his phone. I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau. He also admitted to me that he has a lot of dissatisfied customers and he cannot come back to finish my job because he is redoing a lot of his previous work.
