Alkene said he was almost certain what it was took the machine apart tested the water pump said that was the problem said he would be back 2 replace the part came back and the price nearly blew my mind he wanted no money in advance he charged me 1 10th of what the Samsung warranty people wanted me to pay I had two quotes from the warranty people in the hundreds and I did not pay Al washer and dryer repair service not even $100 courteous cleaned up explain to me show me the best guy ever if you have a warranty you shouldn't even use it you should just call Al as a matter of fact if you're going to buy a washing machine I wouldn't even buy the warranty just call Al
