Al trouble shot both of my laptops which had become next to unusable after trying to updating my GPS. It was so slow that launching anything was a chore and forget about Internet explorer! I had investigated other computer repair services and found one on Angies list that seems to do way to many hard drive replacements. That indicates to me that this person is taking the easy way out and just replacing a hard drive instead of putting the time into finding the root cause. Al found the root cause and fixed both laptops within a day. I am extremely satisfied with the service, professionalism and price.
