Excellent - Owner's daughter kept me apprised of the progress.

He did exactly what I asked. I tried to talk him into something that he said wouldn't work, so he would not do it, he said that I would not be happy with the results. I like that he was honest. I did not price shop, I got him based on a recommendation.

The two collectors' item pieces look new again because Mr. Ajimasook did an outstanding job of matching fabric patterns and getting a snug fit

Ajimasook is a family-owned upholstery shop that has been around for a long time.  There is a reason for this!  Kay is always cheerful and easy to talk to.  When I brought my ottoman in, they quoted me a price and a timeline.  The piece was finished before the due date and the price had been dropped because as Kay stated, "It was less work than we thought it would be."  They could have just charged the full price that was quoted, but they didn't.  I will definitely be back again!

Gave excellent suggestions for recovering, then suggested a trim fabric that coordinated very well with my fabric. Work performed in shorter time period than promised, and was of excellent quality.

Did a great job, on time fair price. I would use them again.

The job was done beautifully and all in a matter of a few days. I highly recommend this company.

I had already gotten a couple of estimates from 2 other businesses via telephone after sending pictures of chairs. I was having trouble getting prompt responses from the one I had decided on (in fairness, he worked alone), so decided to try one more business. I took one of the chairs in my car and dropped by Ajimasooks for a price and timeline estimate. Kay, the daughter of the owner, was gracious, informative and helpful. Their prices were the most reasonable and she was able to suggest fabric designs from remnants on site at a very good price. They did a beautiful job, better than the original.

The job went very well. They were very good and so were their prices. They were easy to work with. They did exactly what I asked them to do. It was good quality work.

I feel he did a very nice job. It did not take very long to get the appointment as it was less than a week. I dropped the chair off myself because I did not want to pay the pick up and delivery charge of $25 which would have been reasonable. It took about a month to do the job but I told him I wasn't in any hurry.

HE WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING HE DID. WE'VE USED HIM FOR YEARS. HE DOES GREAT WORK. IT WAS NICE TO SEE THE OLD SOFA COVERED IN NEW FABRIC. IT GAVE THE SOFA NEW LIFE.
