Air Xperts is nothing less than unprofessional. We bought a house with a warranty from this company and finally got information on who to contact. After my wife called to get the details on what services we need done (6 months later). My wife left a detailed message on her questions. The owner had not gotten back to her (sure they're busy, at least follow up with a quick call back or text to let a customer know you aren't forgotten). The owner would play phone tag with us and specifically make sure the call was missed before we had ever talked to them. When the owner finally did call back, it was AFTER 10pm at night.The next morning we texted them to touch base and FINALLY a text back "I'm available anytime" We still didn't get a call back or text. This companies work did not pass or meet standards to some codes and we now need more work done because the way they work is the way they handle phone calls: Avoid anything that has to do with quality service. I normally never leave reviews due to the importance this has on a potential customers buying decisions but this process has been nothing short of frustrating and something that could have been resolved with a simple phone call in which they refuse to do.
