Advanced Wildlife Trappers & Rodent Elimination

I used them for the first time today. The rats were coming out in broad daylight and getting in my bird feeders. They sent a very nice young man. I called yesterday and he came this morning since he couldn't make it yesterday. I didn't shop around a hole lot but I thought the price was reasonable for putting out the traps, securing each of them so they don't blow away, and they have the knowledge, and they have the product that's humane and gonna kill em and won't kill other animals if they eat them. He will come out and pick up the dead rats if we see them. He will come back out in two weeks to check traps and see how much bait is missing and refill and reassess the situation.

They were supposed to have sealed up all the openings allowing the roof rats access to my crawlspace. They had a few other things that they should have done and he claims it was done but did not. They didn't show up twice when I had them scheduled to and they are really hard to get on the phone, They  recognized my number and were purposely not answering my phone calls and so I had my daughter call on her cell phone and she got through immediately. They also have told me they had shown up and knocked but I didn't answer even though I was home all day. Due to their lies and inability to do their job's properly I have had my water shut off for almost 2 months. My ceilings are torn out and there is tarps covering my rafters because the renovation company can't finish their work until the rats are gone.

When I called him he came out right away. He has been out here almost every day since I contacted him. I never have to wait for them to call me back, I can always get someone on the phone. He has done just what he said he would do. He is informative and so far I have had good results.

The company came out and installed several traps, catching the squirrel within a day. They then took it to the wilderness and let it go. They came back and fixed the damage within two days.
