I called Advance because they were listed as being nearby. Mr. Singh came out the next day. He worked by himself. He was able to disconnect the cables, unwind the spring, get the door straight, reconnect the cables and spring and adjust everything to work again. He did some lubrication of the hinges and rollers for good measure. It all took about an hour.
Mr. Singh was prompt and did a good job.
