Hire ADP Surfaces for new quartz countertops. Everything seemed to be going fine until the installation day when they showed up with slabs that had seams in them - we specifically wanted no seams. They had to go back and reschedule. When they came back and installed the new countertops, the crew damaged several cabinets in the kitchen and cracked a floor tile, they also broke some piece of plumbing with resulted in me having to hire a plumber to come fix their mess. Additionally the quality of the work was very poor. Cut lines are crooked, the finishes around the sink and edges are not even. Very low quality work. I emailed and called my account representative who we had been working with several times and she kept telling me someone was going to contact me about this. Several months after I got a call asking for the remaining balance as I had only paid 75% of the total upon ordering. I refused and showed them all the pictures of all the damage and bad cut lines and never heard back from them. I will never use them again!

Kevin Fulp, president of ADP, was engaged in multiple communications to complete the remaining work. On every occasion he refused to acknowledge the existing contract and repeatedly demanded double payment to complete the job. His last email communication said he didn't have time for this, his price is his price and if I didn't like it I could come get my slab. In addition to that he attempted to trump up other bogus fees never agreed to. I retrieved my slab. Of course I also requested return of my money for the contracted work he refused to complete ($1400). He refused to return my money. Said he needed time to review ... his bookkeeper wasn't there ... he was going out of town ... he can't just drop everything because his time is important ... and on and on . Despite the fact I presented him with all documentation (contract and proof of payments) he was unwilling to conduct a basic business transaction at his place of business during business hours for a contract he wrote, he signed, and he breached.

We had the pleasure of working with Amy Spinelli at ADP on new granite kitchen countertops. From the initial conversation with her, I was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. As we started the process, it became evident that we picked the right company and individual to work with. This was our first time replacing our countertop and Amy was extremely helpful in explaining the process and as it progressed, she was always responsive in a timely manner to all of our questions. In addition, her engaging personality made the experience pleasant rather than stressful. We had some concerns about how the slab would be laid out and Amy took it upon herself to measure out exactly what it would look like and we wound up only using one slab for the entire kitchen countertop area. The installation team showed up on time and started immediately working on the countertop prep. When they finally brought the countertop into the house, my husband and I were in awe! It was finished exactly how we wanted and looked better than we could?ve ever imagined. The installers were completely professional, thorough and detail oriented. We couldn?t be happy with ADP and would highly recommend them for any and all countertop needs. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Picked out an ADP manufactured quartz counter top for master bathroom. The president, Kevin Fulp, provided us with a few samples to take home. After settling on an color Kevin emailed a quote. ADP came out and made a template of the counter top which was two different levels with several pieces. The project manager, Bobby Pino, was very nice to work with and answered all my questions. We were having some landscaping done and the scheduling person, Jill, worked with us to schedule the install so that it was convenient for us. The installer, Steven, was very professional and worked with us with installing the faucets just before securing the counter. We wanted to secure the faucets before they installed the drop in sinks so that it would be easier to hook up the plumbing, etc. Everyone was very cooperative.

Very professional and easy to work with team. I would definitely use them again. I love my new counters!

ADP is fantastic!! This is our third home using ADP!! Most recently, I worked mainly with Kevin Fulp and he was so pleasant, accommodating and helpful. ADP is a huge warehouse just off of colonial - close to downtown where our house is. They have many remnants and slabs in house that you can choose from and also offer quartz/caesarstone or they have a couple different suppliers close by that have hundreds of different types of stone that you can choose from. All of their employees were helpful during the entire process from being introduced to Kevin right up until Marcelo installed the final product. The turnaround time was actually sooner than they said it would be so we had our countertops sooner which helped our family so much! Our house looks so amazing!! we could not be happier!!! I know there are other granite companies out there, but don't waste your time with them - ADP are master craftsman and your home will be so beautiful with minimal headaches!

The process took a few weeks from when I first met with ADP. I was in the middle of a home renovation so everything worked smoothly.
