ADP Surfaces Inc is an Orlando, Florida based countertop company specializing in the custom fabrication and installation of countertops for kitchens, bars, summer kitchens, bath vanities, tub decks, fireplace surrounds, steps, and a variety of other applications. Founded in 1989, ADP Surfaces Inc has over 25 years' experience managing successful projects for Central Florida's finest residential and commercial builders, interior designers, architects, and homeowners. We are the industry leader in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. We combine traditional stone working methods with modern technology to ensure a consistent product. Our 40,000 square foot facility is stocked with beautiful slab and remnant material to select from.

I retrieved my slab. Of course I also requested return of my money for the contracted work he refused to complete ($1400). He refused to return my money. Said he needed time to review ... his bookkeeper wasn't there ... he was going out of town ... he can't just drop everything because his time is important ... and on and on . Despite the fact I presented him with all documentation (contract and proof of payments) he was unwilling to conduct a basic business transaction at his place of business during business hours for a contract he wrote, he signed, and he breached.
We had the pleasure of working with Amy Spinelli at ADP on new granite kitchen countertops. From the initial conversation with her, I was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. As we started the process, it became evident that we picked the right company and individual to work with.
This was our first time replacing our countertop and Amy was extremely helpful in explaining the process and as it progressed, she was always responsive in a timely manner to all of our questions. In addition, her engaging personality made the experience pleasant rather than stressful. We had some concerns about how the slab would be laid out and Amy took it upon herself to measure out exactly what it would look like and we wound up only using one slab for the entire kitchen countertop area.
The installation team showed up on time and started immediately working on the countertop prep. When they finally brought the countertop into the house, my husband and I were in awe! It was finished exactly how we wanted and looked better than we could?ve ever imagined. The installers were completely professional, thorough and detail oriented.
We couldn?t be happy with ADP and would highly recommend them for any and all countertop needs. We would absolutely use them again in the future.
The project manager, Bobby Pino, was very nice to work with and answered all my questions. We were having some landscaping done and the scheduling person, Jill, worked with us to schedule the install so that it was convenient for us. The installer, Steven, was very professional and worked with us with installing the faucets just before securing the counter. We wanted to secure the faucets before they installed the drop in sinks so that it would be easier to hook up the plumbing, etc. Everyone was very cooperative.
ADP is fantastic!! This is our third home using ADP!! Most recently, I worked mainly with Kevin Fulp and he was so pleasant, accommodating and helpful. ADP is a huge warehouse just off of colonial - close to downtown where our house is. They have many remnants and slabs in house that you can choose from and also offer quartz/caesarstone or they have a couple different suppliers close by that have hundreds of different types of stone that you can choose from. All of their employees were helpful during the entire process from being introduced to Kevin right up until Marcelo installed the final product. The turnaround time was actually sooner than they said it would be so we had our countertops sooner which helped our family so much! Our house looks so amazing!! we could not be happier!!!
I know there are other granite companies out there, but don't waste your time with them - ADP are master craftsman and your home will be so beautiful with minimal headaches!
