ADEP TECH HAD A LOT ON THEIR PLATE AT THE TIME WHEN I BROUGHT MY COMPUTER TO THEM, BUT THEY ADVISED ME OF THIS UP FRONT. I RECEIVED THE COMPUTER BACK APPROXIMATELY ONE WEEK LATER. IT HAS WORKED FABULOUS SINCE I BROUGHT IT HOME. THE KIDS HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT EITHER. I WOULD GREATLY RECOMMEND ADEP TECH.
