He arived on time but immediately began complaining about the access to things. He finally got to work and after 4 hours, I asked to be excused to go get lunch and run some errands. He stated that he would not be done till 5:00. I am not living in that house yet. I left at 1:30 and returned at 3:30 to find him gone and my house unsecured. The garage door was open and the house unlocked. I made the mistake of writing the check before I left or perhaps he would have stayed. I checked my cell phone and found that  he had called at 3:05 while I was in the post office without my cell, saying he was leaving in 5 min. He obviously did without any consideration of the safety or security of my home. I called the company and was assured he'd be counselled and that the $25 coupon offer that had not been applied would be forthcoming in a refund check. It took 6 weeks to receive that measly check so I feel this company is sorely lacking in organization and dedication to their customers. I certainly will not recommend them to anyone and have repeated this story to everyone I know. It's almost unbelievable but reprehensible just the same.
