After calling several plumbers that had a wide variety of hourly rates, we used Action Plumbing's team for a water pipe repair. It's been a joy from the first point of contact with Sherri to work with Action Plumbing. Sherri's communication was prompt, informative and extremely helpfulI. Everything went PERFECTLY from speaking to the office staff who was sympathetic, efficient and friendly. Thank you Lily and Sherry! I felt completely comfortable after our conversation having their technician come out even with my husband out of state and a child at home with me. Chris went about diagnosing a seemingly confusing problem wonderfully! He did a fantastic job, telling me about everything to do with the job, as I asked numerous questions. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU FOR MAKING A HORRIBLE DAY WITHOUT A SHOWER SUDDENLY BRIGHTER! I will DEFINITELY use them again for ANY and ALL PLUMBING!
