The first company to immediately call back and offer a free estimate for a very large project. They were punctual for each day they were working on the house and did not consider the project done until they double/triple checked that everything was in working order. Very nice people that I would gladly hire again.

I hired them to unclog a toilet but also had them look at the water heater. They ended up having to remove the toilet and found something caught in it that was interfering with it being to flush properly. While they were here for that I had them look at the water heater and they found it beyond repair and they estimated the cost of a new one and installed that day. Their service was great. They even came back for me to adjust the temperature on it because it wasn't quite hot enough for us. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing. Their service was great.

The owner of this company is fair and honest. When I went to him with the problem of the over charging for my job, he made it right and sent me a check for the over/charge. It took him a little longer than expected, but he did come through.

The two people that visited for a free evaluation were very nice and on time. They took a look at my septic tank and told me that it was very clean but they recommended that I do some other line clean out for approximately $180. I agreed to allow them to do this task and during the process they discovered that I had a second septic tank. Unfortunately, the access to this second tank was under some bushes and a small tree which meant that they would have to be removed before any pump out could take place. Since their visit was only to provide an estimate they did not have the truck to actually do the pump out. To me this was not a problem since they could not access the second septic tank until the bushes and small tree were removed. The literature they handed me when they arrived indicated that they also did tree removal and many other things so I asked them if they would get me a quote to handle that part of the job. This is where the problems started. When the two people left they said that someone would get back to me with a quote on having the bushes and small tree removed. I waited about a week and heard nothing so I called the main number. They once again told me that someone would get back to me, but again I got no reply. I waited a few more days and called them again. A new person told me that he would send me a quote and it took another three days to get it by email. Unfortunately, the quote to clean out the tanks and remove the bushes and tree totaled $1,180. My gardener removed the tree and bushes in question for $170 which means that this group was in effect trying to charge me over $1,000 to clean out two septic tanks. For informational purposes, I contacted another septic tank company and they agreed to clean out both septic tanks for $475.00. The slow response and exorbitant price that was 82% more than what I found elsewhere would make me not want to recommend them to anyone else.

Our septic tank started backing up on a Friday evening after business hours. Penny still answered the call and was able to provide instructions to mitigate the situation until the following Monday, which allowed us to avoid a costly emergency call. A team was sent out first thing on Monday to diagnose the problem. The technicians, James and Jo-Jo, thoroughly explained everything they were doing to determine the cause, and once that was determined, the options for repair. They were able to do a two-year guaranteed drainfield rejuvenation to extend the life of the 29 year old system, rather than defaulting to a much more expensive system replacement. Everything was complete and back in working order by Tuesday. I highly recommend this company based on their service and expertise.

I had a list of all sorts of repairs. Drywall patching, adding to a wall, building boxes, hanging crown moulding, exterior repairs. They did it all and they did it very well. Great crew!

Nelson and his team dug up and replaced our septic system leach field. Within the first 10 minutes they had our fence down and the bobcat running. Very professional and explained everything before during and after. Will definitely use them again!!

Being a single person since my husband died, I have not been able to get replacement items so when my son's hot water heater went I needed to find a business that would not only replace itbut also go and get the item needed and install. This they did and the cost to me was half of what I expected. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs a hot water heater replaced on n emergency.

Many challenges working with company, the finished product is beautiful but the grout on the shower stall floor is starting to wash away and the shower did not drain when first used although it drained perfectly prior to the remodel--expect that there will probably be more problems in the future but will not use them again, sorry...

I had a shower remodel and did not replace the fixtures prior to installing the tile. The new fixtures did not fit the existing pipework. New Beginning's staff were courteous, efficient and prompt. They answered all my questions knowledgeably and explained the process which made before beginning the repair. I would highly recommend them.
