Everything went very well. He called ahead of time and let us know he was on his way. We were given a time window between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm and he arrived around 10:30 am. When he removed the old dishwasher he found a plumbing issue that needed to be repaired before the new one could be put in. I had that issue fixed, then I called and made another appointment and he came out the next day.
Once the new dishwasher was in place he ran it to make sure it worked and that we didn't have any leaks or other issues. He took the time to explain details and gave us some helpful tips to get the most out of our new dishwasher.
