Selected this company from Angie's List recommendation. We needed a new sink plumbed (no garbage disposal) after being installed by a local cabinet firm. The estimate was handed to my wife - as I was outside working. - and she signed it. Our fault - no excuses. However, after the work was done and payment made, I looked at the estimate and noticed that $ 142.00 of the $ 570.00 bill was for the labor to install the strainer. Aside from the other outrageous prices - this was total BS, as there is no labor at all to set the strainer on the sink drain. I called the owner to hear how he could rationalize this charge and was assured by the voice on the phone that the owner would call me back. Three calls and an email later, no response from the owner. Legally they were on solid ground since we signed the estimate, but be warned - Absolute Best Plumbing will take advantage of you if they can and the owner doesn't even have the guts to answer the phone after screwing you

I am please by the work performed and the office staff was courteous and called to let me know when the tech was on the way. I was willing to pay a little more for fast and effective service.

Chris arrived on time and called prior to arriving to let us know he was coming. He installed a new hot water heater, we had already moved the old one. He was very polite, we appreciated his services.  This is the 3rd time we have used this company and will use them again and refer them to family and friends. Good job. Thank you! Thought the price was a bit high since we had already removed the old one.

Pedro showed up at the time scheduled. I explained to him that our faucets sometimes leak. He inspected them and explained that the type we have needs to be shut off completely. He found no leaks and told me we didn’t need to replace anything.

When they finished they did not clean up afterwards. Nasty floor & tub. They should invest in a roll of paper towels & a can of scrubbing bubbles.

It was excellent. I called Monday morning came out looked at it and by Tuesday it was installed the gentlemen were great to work with and they were fast. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services

Good. We had to negotiate the price a little for the outside filter work which was still too expensive.

Absolute Best Plumbing sent an inexperienced/incompetent repairman, by himself. In the first 5 minutes, he managed to break the cold water supply pipe to the shower, and was unable to remove the cartridge. It spiraled from there. By the time he left, there were 2 holes in my wall, he had to cut and cap all of the water supply pipes to the shower so that I could at least have water in my house without a steady leak inside the wall. The next day, the company sent an experienced plumber who was able to fix the valve, reconnect the pipes, patch and paint the walls. They lived up to their word and only charged me for the original requested repair (replacing the cartridge, which had been so profoundly stuck in its place he had to break it and chip it out). The next day, I discovered the water pressure was significantly lower just in that shower, not in any other location. After some testing, (with a pressure test gauge and swapping shower heads with the guest bath) I discovered that the issue seems to be the shower head which is barely a year old, and worked fine prior to the repair. We think debris found its way into an unreachable area of the shower head and is interrupting the flow. Will keep trying to flush it out, but will probably need to replace it. I would not recommend this business.

I had called several others that couldn't do it today. I called Absolute Best Plumbing and they came the same day. Very polite, nice people. They didn't try to nickle and dime me! They were great! They made it very pleasant and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

They came out the same day we called. Our last experience with them was due to our garbage disposal coming off of its mount. We had a different company install it and it was installed wrong. We were extremely happy with the response time and him knowing how to properly install it. Previous to this, they installed a kitchen faucet for us and we were extremely happy again. We had thought we were calling Patrick's Plumbing but they were bought by this company. Would,definitely use them again.
