I noticed a leak in the area where my washer, dryer and water heater are located. We looked around but could not find the source of the leak. I contacted several leak detection companies who provided various quotes and decided to use above and beyond leak detections since the owner was very friendly, the quote was reasonable and it was a local business. I am so happy I went with them and with the service they provided. Trent got to the source of my leak quickly. He showed me the source of the problem provided details and pictures as well as offered trusted local plumbing companies to contact. Above and beyond definitely describes this business. He was punctual, called ahead of time and very fast. His price is negligible compared to the service finding the leak that he conducted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We were pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of Mr. Sherman. Although he was not able to determine the source of the water intrusion with certainty, due to the length of time between our finding the leak and getting in touch with him, he found a number of stucco cracks that might have contributed to the problem. He spent over an hour with us, using an infrared camera and then climbing onto the front entry roof and spraying water at the cracks to see if he could duplicate the problem.

Trevor arrived exactly when he said he would. Because Trevor has the latest in detection equipment (complete with IR camera that can "see" leaks behind walls), he was able to positively locate the exact spot of the leak. His was the second company to come out. The first company was not completely sure if there was more than one leak (did not have the latest in technology), but Trevor was able to pinpoint the problem, cut out a piece of drywall, and show me exactly where the leak was. His pricing is more than fair. he has a great can do attitude, and won't stop until he finds the problem. I saw that he did not have any other Angie's List ratings, but he came highly recommended by another company.
