I am very happy with the work they did. They were able to find new replacement wood for my 17 year old floor and it matched perfectly! They did such a good job you can't even tell where the old floor boards and the new floor boards meet. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the overall professionalism of everyone involved. I would definitely recommend them.

The crew surpassed my expectations. They were easy to communicate with re: arrivals and departures and completely trustworthy. They were highly experienced and provided excellent recommendations on stains as we tried to match new flooring as closely as possible. My old scruffed-up floors are absolutely gorgeous. I did rate responsiveness down a few notches due to the office staff and NOT the crew. I expected the office to call a couple of days or at least one day before to confirm the appointment, but they did not. I did have to wait many weeks to get this done, but I promise you the outcome is worth the wait.

They removed old flooring, leveled the floor, installed new floor and molding. Ability was easy to work with for scheduling the project. Technicians were highly skilled and did a fantastic job. Floor looks and feels like real wood and should be impervious to dog accidents and such. I am very pleased with the outcome of this project and would use Ability for future projects.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank ability Wood Flooring, Inc for the excellent job that was done to repair an area of damaged engineering hardwood flooring in my residence. Mr. Terry Hammons, representative of Ability Wood Flooring, Inc, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, began the job without delay and his professional expertise was immediately noted. I expected some discomfort with the dust and debris but he kept this to an absolute minimum. Upon completion of the project, I was unable to locate the area that was repaired. I am absolutely delighted with the professionalism shown in this repair.

I've done business with this company before, and they are a pleasure to work with. The people are personable and the quality of workmanship and service are excellent.

Estimate was timely and professional. After approval, they called with a date to arrive in early afternoon, but did not show up that day due to time overrun at previous site. However, the next day, they showed up as expected and finished all work in three visits. Quality was great. No complaints.

This was an entirely great experience from beginning to end. Our sales person was Sean who was extremely easy to work with and responsive to our requests. Very helpful in selecting the various components of our project and clear on all pricing. The installers who actually did the job were all employees or subcontractors who have been working with Ability Wood long term, one for over 20 years. All were very professional and friendly and all did excellent work. They arrived on time and accomplished their part of the project on schedule. The entire project went off without a problem and we highly recommend this company.

The floors looked better than brand new when they were finished since you can not buy that kind of wood anymore. It was the original hardwood flooring that was refinished. Their prices were reasonable. Their vacuum cleaner system worked very well, we had very little dust to clean up.

IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB, AND THEY DID IT IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT WAS GOOD QUALITY WORK, AND THE WORKERS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

THEY CAME IN, MOVED THE FURNITURE AND DID EVERYTHING IT TOOK TO FINISH THE JOB. THEY WERE AWESOME AND THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS GOOD. THEY WERE VERY ENERGETIC. THEY GOT RIGHT THERE AND GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY HAD A LOT OF INITIATIVE AND GAVE GOOD SERVICE.
