The scheduling, delivery and pick up of the cubes went perfectly. The agents in Arkansas, where the company is located couldn't have been more helpful. I received reminder emails. The cubes were delivered on time and VERY skillfully by Doug. We have a steep driveway and only limited level space but he managed to maneuver the cubes into exactly the positions that made them accessible and made sure the doors had enough clearance to open. He then returned a couple of days later after professional movers had packed them and removed them with just as much care. He further explained the moving and transfer process to us. I will update when the cubes are delivered in NY.

They were on time. There was no damage. They did everything they said they would do. We liked the idea of the storage because we ended up in a motel for about three months before we could get into our place. We sold our other place. Everything was excellent as far as we were concerned. We have recommended them to several of our friends. Their prices were much more reasonable than the other places that we checked into.

I had to change my dates numerous times and they were very flexible and very good. Everything went very well. They were a little late on the pickup.

The move when very smoothly from beginning to end. Moving is never easy, but U-Pack made it as easy as it could be.

They were a bit late delivering but called to let me know, but got my stuff here the day they said, even during the holiday season. I would use them again.

THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY WERE VERY COOPERATIVE. THEY SOLVED ANY PROBLEMS THAT CAME UP RIGHT AWAY AND DID WHATEVER THEY COULD TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.

All personnel in both MO and FL were courteous and accommodating. When I needed another day to keep the trailer and they worked with me and made it possible to do so. All of my goods arrived on time and in good condition. I strongly recommend this service (especially if you are a single mom like me and saving money is important).
