 + -1 moreThe scheduling, delivery and pick up of the cubes went perfectly. The agents in Arkansas, where the company is located couldn't have been more helpful. I received reminder emails. The cubes were delivered on time and VERY skillfully by Doug. We have a steep driveway and only limited level space but he managed to maneuver the cubes into exactly the positions that made them accessible and made sure the doors had enough clearance to open. He then returned a couple of days later after professional movers had packed them and removed them with just as much care. He further explained the moving and transfer process to us. I will update when the cubes are delivered in NY.

Description of Work: They were 30 min over the promised time for pickup which was a 4 hour window. The shipment got to Chicago very quickly but got hung up in the terminal due to computer outage which was weather related. They couldn't deliver for a few days. However we were notified that it had arrived at the. Appropriate terminal. Everything did well on the trip. Nothing damaged. We shrink wrapped a lot and it was tightly packed. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Cost for 7'x6 1/2'x 8'tall container. Distance was 1,200 miles cost was$1334.00

 + -1 moreThey were on time. There was no damage. They did everything they said they would do. We liked the idea of the storage because we ended up in a motel for about three months before we could get into our place. We sold our other place. Everything was excellent as far as we were concerned. We have recommended them to several of our friends. Their prices were much more reasonable than the other places that we checked into.
Description of Work: We used ABF U-Pact Moving Services for moving and storing partial household things from the house for three months.

Description of Work: I used ABF U Pack Moving to move me from New York to Orlando. I packed up the pod-like thing and they moved it.

 + -1 moreThe move when very smoothly from beginning to end. Moving is never easy, but U-Pack made it as easy as it could be.
Description of Work: My experience with ABF U-Pack Moving was superb. Their website provided all the information I needed to facillitate ordering the appropriate sized moving containers - ie ReloCubes or a trailer. They were very reassuring when I paniced a couple of days before the cubes arrived, thinking all my stuff wonldn't fit. The gentlemen on the phone went over the details & I felt immensly better. The cubes arrived when they said they would & driver consulted with me as to placement. The pickup driver came exactly on time and the cubes arrived in another state without difficulty. I made a phone call when they were empty & again they were picked up when they promised. I ceretainly don't look forward to moving again, but if so, I would use U-Pack again & recomend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreThey were a bit late delivering but called to let me know, but got my stuff here the day they said, even during the holiday season. I would use them again.
Description of Work: They moved all of my belongings from South San Francisco to the Orlando area. They used 15 ft. of occupancy in the trailer. We did all the packing and they did the moving.

 + -1 moreAll personnel in both MO and FL were courteous and accommodating. When I needed another day to keep the trailer and they worked with me and made it possible to do so. All of my goods arrived on time and in good condition. I strongly recommend this service (especially if you are a single mom like me and saving money is important).
Description of Work: I hired ABF Freight UPack to transport my household items from Missouri to Florida. I packed it, but they moved it.
