He never even returned my phone call. He did sent a text, said he would call me to arrange a time to come see me during week of 2-26-2018. A week went by and I never heard from him, I texted another message to him 3-5-2018 in the morning still never heard back from him. I finally texted him and told him to take a hike. Anyone who cannot take the time to simply firm up a date to do work is very unprofessional and not a good candidate to do tree work. Steer clear of this guy !

Initial contact - set appointment and time for estimate.  Professional Representative arrived on date and time scheduled.  Assessed the job and gave estimate.  I contracted immediately as I felt it was a fair estimate.  Scheduled date and time for service.  Representatives arrived on date and time as scheduled.  Explained again, specifics of what the job entailed.  They set safety cones around vehicles and commenced work.  After the trimming process was complete - they removed all debris, limbs, etc, raked the yard.  Very thorough in the clean up process.

Highly recommend these folks should you need tree work.  I know I will definitely use them again in a couple of years to take care of my Oak again.

Excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any tree cutting job. They were on time, professional and did exactly what I asked. They hauled away all of the cuttings and tree limbs leaving the area clean and looking great.

They did a great job and gave me a fair price.  I was a little disappointed that they didn't finish painting the chimney until I asked
them about when they would do that.  But I was thrilled that they came  out right away and took care of it.  I was also imporessed they were able to replace the chimney without disruption the tile roof!

They came and looked at the job, quoted a price and promised a call to schedule the service .  They called later that day, scheduled for 2 days later, showed up on time, completed the work in a very professional manner and cleaned up the area so you didn't even know  they had been there.

A SCAM!

They did a great job. Very efficient. They cleaned up after and even offered to cut another branch for free. I would recommend them to others to do there tree work.

The Company called yesterday to come over today to give an estimate. Last year I had my trees trimmed for $250. so I thought for $400. worth of service I would have the trees trimmed again, considering inflation. When ABB came to the house and said $1,080. on top of the money already paid, I said no thank you and they left. They also stated that they called Angie's list to amend their ad to say minimum of $800. worth of service I told them I read the fine print and that was not in the deal. They also said $35. was added to pay for their gas!!!

Performed a difficult tree trimming/removal service in a pool enclosure. ABB Tree Service was exceptionally neat around the pool, removed the trees (palms) and trimmed additional crape myrtle bushes. Removed cuttings neatly.

Performed a little extra work at no charge.

The crew was EXCEPTIONAL! These guys are really good! Always courteous and considerate.

I would highly, highly recommend them and their work. APPLAUSE!!!!

I spoke to the person answering the phone, he said he would be out to my house at 2pm our just after.
No one showed up. No one called back. I wasted my time. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

It was amazing from start to finish!! No problems and wonderful people to work with, they have always gone above and beyond expectations.

Great.  It wou0ld have cost $295 to rent a medium size stump grinder.  They came out with a large commercial stump grinder and did the job in about 1 hours for 1/2 the price of a rental.
They returned my call quickly, gave an estimate over the phone.  Showed up the next day at exactly the time they said they would.
Would use them again.

After contacting a few companies, I called ABB Tree Service and Alvaro ?AL? answered my call right away. He asked if he could come out for a free quote which I ended up having in a proposal 45 minutes later.

 Patiently he took note of my requests and with professionalism and knowledge in Arboriculture he answered all questions.  I made very clear that I needed the tree trimming and stump grinding done on the same day since I could not take two days off.

Their price was reasonable so we set the job for 2 days later.  Boy, I was so released; especially for the fact that ABB Tree Service was the only Angie?s service provider among several others checked that had immediate availability. 

The ?D? day came; AL and his crew show up right on-time. They were in a clean uniform, brought a bucket truck, a big claw truck and a pick-up truck pulling a trailer with the stump grinder.

 After having the safety gear on, they started the job with no delays. It was amazing how hard the crew worked trimming and cleaning 3 gigantic Oak trees in my front yard--that wasn't an easy job at all. Nevertheless, they worked flawlessly for 5 non-stop hours.

 I was impressed watching the coordination; not mentioning, how careful and methodical they were at cutting the big branches over my next door neighbor?s house.

In the backyard, the stumps were ground and the ground material left was perfectly spread. During the entire time, the debris was picked up, piled up and hauled out by the claw truck; there was no loud noise typical of those grinding machines used by other companies.

 When they had the equipment already wrapped up to leave, I went over the scope of work one more time and realized that they missed to cut back one last limb. AL didn't hesitate and took care of it on the spot.

They left my driveway, walkway, backyard deck, shrubs and grass completely free of any debris?a clean job.

 We were extremely satisfied with ABB Tree and I strongly recommend them to others Angie?s members.  Great Job Alvaro ?AL?!
