 + -1 moreThe price is right, but the service is not. They do not trim the bushes each week, as I told them that I expected them to when they started. They do not send the same people every week, so the job needs to be re-taught often to new members of the crew. They are not trimming around the fences properly, even after I point it out to them. For 2 weeks now they have not trimmed my hedges or my bushes. When the lawn is cut, it seems like the cut level is uneven.
Description of Work: I hired to trim bushes and take care of the lawn (basically a complete lawn service).

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE OKAY BECAUSE I WOULDN'T CONSIDER THE WORK CONSISTENT. SOMETIMES THEY REMEMBERED TO EDGE AND SOMETIMES THEY DIDN'T. A COUPLE OF TIMES THEY FORGOT TO DO THE BACKYARD.
Description of Work: THEY MAINTAIN THE YARD, AND THEY DO ALL THE EDGING AND TRIM THE BUSHES.

 + -1 moreIT'S GOOD JUST BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT AND HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD RESPECT PEOPLE, AND PEOPLE SHOULD RESPECT YOU ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING IN SOMEBODY'S YARD. IN THEIR BUSINESS THEY NEED TO BE PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: IT IS JUST A BASIC GENERAL LAWN MAINTENANCE. THEY CUT GRASS, AND SHAPE IT UP, AND DO JUST BASIC STUFF.
