The price is right, but the service is not. They do not trim the bushes each week, as I told them that I expected them to when they started. They do not send the same people every week, so the job needs to be re-taught often to new members of the crew. They are not trimming around the fences properly, even after I point it out to them. For 2 weeks now they have not trimmed my hedges or my bushes. When the lawn is cut, it seems like the cut level is uneven.

"YES, YOU HAVE HAD THE SAME CREWLEADER FOR THE PAST SEVERAL WEEKS. WE NEVER SAID THEY WOULD TRIM BUSHES EVERY WEEK, WE SAID THEY WOULD KEEP THEM TRIMMED. THIS MEANS AS NEEDED. YOUR YARD IS NOT CUT UNEVEN IT IS BECAUSE OF HIGH AND LOW SPOTS IN THE DIRT. SORRY YOU FEEL THIS WAY!"

IT'S GOOD JUST BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT AND HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD RESPECT PEOPLE, AND PEOPLE SHOULD RESPECT YOU ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE DOING SOMETHING IN SOMEBODY'S YARD. IN THEIR BUSINESS THEY NEED TO BE PROFESSIONAL.

THEY ARE OKAY BECAUSE I WOULDN'T CONSIDER THE WORK CONSISTENT. SOMETIMES THEY REMEMBERED TO EDGE AND SOMETIMES THEY DIDN'T. A COUPLE OF TIMES THEY FORGOT TO DO THE BACKYARD.
