The installation crew made no attempt to identify the location of my sprinklers. One sprinkler head ended up on my neighbors side of the fence. They also broke the PVC that was a major connection point for 2 valve boxes and two sprinkler branches. The concrete was poured directly on top of the broken junction which made access difficult and ultimately cost me $300 to repair. When I called to request reimbursement the response was that they are not responsible for my sprinklers. There was no interest in seeing the pictures or acknowledging the negligence of the crew. I have a detailed schematic of where my sprinkler heads and valve boxes are located. This could have been avoided.
