A Sliding Door Repair

Dylan and another staff came. Identified the issue immediately. Dylan was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. Will hire again.

Dylan was a repair young man and he was fantastic. They were courteous. They came out and readjusted the sliding door. They even put the new wheels. They know their business and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. They will explain everything on my concern. I would recommend them to neighbors.

Fantastic! I received a call within a few hours of placing my request even though it was the eve of Thanksgiving. I was given a date for them to do the work and a good idea of the cost. All of the calls that came in after (most up to a week later) were told "too late, the work is done". The workmen were cordial and professional and completed the job in under 1/2 hour. They really exceeded expectations!

They repaired all my doors and were very professional. Definitely will hire them again. The price was reasonable for the repair. I was afraid that I would have to replace the doors, but they installed 3 new locks and put the other doors back on track.

It went well. The replace the slider at the bottom. The guys did a real good job , timely and quick. It was good.

It went very smooth after we hired this company. We had two sliding patio doors that were overdue for repair. The tracks needed repair but door wheels were the main problem. The two people that came to do the repair were on time and were very professional. They completed the job quickly and cleanly. I would recommend this company to everyone that has a sliding door problem. I wished that I called them sooner!

Family was arriving and this slider was to be their primary entry nd exit. I had one day to get this fixed and ASDR understood and made it happen. I was unable to be home when they were available and I left the house door open for them. When I returned the slider moved like brand-new, everything was left perfectly clean, and family arrived 10 minutes later to a slider that their 4 year old enjoyed opening and closing as she went in and out of the pool area. ASDR demonstrated high interest in getting this small job done and high initiative to do it quickly and correctly. They proved to be completely trustworthy and took care of all the details as if this was their own home. I truly appreciate their service and integrity and would not hesitate to hire them again if I had any need of their services. A sincere thank you ASDR!

For years our sliding door was so difficult to open and close. Heard about this repair service and highly recommend. They were able to come same-day when asking for pricing. At my request they called 45mins., prior to arriving to make sure someone was home. The 2 man crew removed the doors, cleaned out the existing track and replaced the rollers on the 2 doors. The doors glide in the track now, no muscle needed.

Door was impossible to open. Now works like brand new. Very impressed with their service and price was really reasonable.

Great. The two guys who showed up were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. Took time to explain what they were doing. Got the work done in less than 30 minutes and my door works perfectly again. Roller repair seems to be most of what they do, but they do it well! Would certainly recommend them!
