A Majestic Tree Service

Vincent, owner, came and cut a bunch of branches & palmetto but NEVER returned to finish the job. Left ALL the debris. Took our money and stopped responding to our calls. We desperately needed a large pine (dead) taken down and that's the tree that he never removed, after promising for weeks that he would be back. Vincent even blocked my husband on social media for simply asking when they were coming to finish the job, after multiple attempts to reach him. Terrible company! And a bad person running it. So disappointed.

I had extensive trees down (large Loral Oaks) and compromised trees  after the hurricane. I had Majestic Tree service do my work after researching different services and having different estimates. They seemed reasonable and the owner Justin seemed liked a solid guy. They did the work but there were some major hiccups to say the least. They dropped a huge limb on my house causing roof damage, dropped another on the neighbor's house and then a third which took out a portion of my fence. To neglect making an insurance claim we made a "gentleman's agreement" for Majestic Tree Service to fix the damage to go around making an insurance claim. At the time they were all accommodating. Well.... it has been 4-5 weeks and they have made every excuse in the book. I was told by the owner that I am not a priority anymore (in my own words) but pretty spot on. I will be filling a claim and highly recommend that you stay away from this company.

Work done was immaculate. The professionalism was top notch. All of my questions were answered and work completed was explained to me prior to being done. They were on time, completed the work in a timely manner and left the property spotless. The guys were very respectful to me as well as respectful of my property. I will definitely be using these guys for ALL my tree service needs.
