Many cleaning companies operate from a checklist and if there is an area that has gotten particularly dirty, if not on the checklist they ignore it completely.  Not so with Cleaning 9/11. Not only do they go by the standard checklist but they also check the home very carefully and will clean what needs cleaning whether it's on the list or not.  They are also able to accommodate special projects upon request. Marisel, the owner has tremendous integrity and pride in the work of her team and is always reliable.  I am extremely picky in my requirements and the fact that she has kept me happy since I started using them in 2009 speaks volumes.

There have been many occasions when they have performed over and above the normal scope of their job. It's so nice to find a company that truly cares about their client satisfaction and I have no hesitation in giving them my highest possible recommendation.

They are not the rock bottom cheapest service in town-but the price difference is negligible compared with

 the service you get. The few dollars extra they charge should not make a difference to anyone as to whether they are affordable. As someone who spends a lot of time working it is so nice to be able to come home to a lovely, fresh smelling home at the end of the day. One less thing to stress about in my very busy life!

911 Cleaning Services arrived on time. They cleaned the whole house including the windows really good. They gave me an estimate and stuck with the cost. I will use them again in the future.

.I use them every 5 or 6 weeks, and started using them about 1 1/2 yrs. ago. They do excellent work; they come in as a teem of three to do the cleaning, and they are here three or four hours. They are very thorough. It is a good value.

They do a great job. I have used them for almost nine months and they do excellent work. I would continue to use them in the future.

When I advised the owner of these issues she told me she had new employees. It was my intention to employ someone on a regular basis. In light of the aforementioned, I do not foresee employing the services of 911 again.

The fee they charged was $250. They did such in incredible, amazing job that I paid them $300. I marveled at the job they did. Not only were they friendly, they were magnificent. I have used another Angie's List "A" rated company in the past. They were extremely good. 911, however, was far superior. My goal was to have the house cleaned one time only. After the amazing job they did, we now plan to utilize their services on a bi-weekly basis.

I am VERY pleased with this company!!! I wish I had found them 25 years ago when we first moved here. They went out of their way to work around my schedule and needs. I can't say enough good about this company.

They did an excellent job!

They did an excellent job. They did such a great job that I was really impressed. They even cleaned the fans in the porch. They cleaned the bathrooms, which are very clean now. They were a difficult to get in touch with in the beginning, in order to get a quote. However, we worked that out. They came out within 45 minutes after the time they had said they would come out. They quoted $280 for the job. However, they broke a lamp and they didn?t charge me anything for the job. I was not in the room when they broke it. They were very honest about telling me about it. They could have tried to hide it, but they didn?t do that. They were very upfront about it. It was a stained glass lamp, which was repaired by a studio that dealt with stained glass. I am planning to use 911 Cleaning Service on a monthly basis.

When we began with the service it was wonderful. They were coming out three times a week to clean my home and three times a week to clean our office building. The thing that was so great was the one of the two owners would always come out for the service, because none of the employees spoke English. Unfortunately, the owners had a falling out and one of the owners just left the company. The remaining owner wanted to keep the name, however the service just fell off the chart. After that we began having all kinds of problems. The employees would set the alarm off, leave the doors unlocked at the office building, leave the doors unlocked at my home, and the cleaning was half hearted. When I tried to address things with the remaining owner she had an attitude and just said that maybe they were no longer able to make me happy. I wanted her to start coming out again, rather than just dropping them off to do a half hearted job. I decided to give them a little time and they continued to perform poorly. When I would call to discuss it with the owner she would get upset about it toward me. I finally decided to drop their service. I think in the end it just became too much for the one owner to handle, which is unfortunate because all of the girls who are working for the company are good, hardworking, nice employees.

Maricel was lovely to speak with, showed up exactly when she said they would, and really did an excellent job clening the condo. It really was a top-to-bottom cleaning and everything from the baseboards to the ceiling fans was sparkling clean. The kitchen appliances looked almost brand new and the bathrooms were pristine. She did not over charge and we more than ot what we paid for. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will certainy look to using them again when the time comes. Fantastic Job!

They were prompt in getting to the house to give an estimate. They were prompt on the day that they were suppose to clean. They were thorough in their work and overall did a very good job. There were a few areas that were missed and after calling them, once again they were prompt in coming back out and taking care of what was missed. The crew was very professional. We would definately use them again as well as recommend them to others.

They did give me a higher estimate and I said I couldn't afford that, so they brought it down to $200 for a thorough cleaning. They came the day they said they would, and it was my mistake, but I said I couldn't have them come that day since I'd just come home from work. I probably made a mistake in saying that was a good day. They said, no problem, they would come back. They called me during the week, came back. They were always prompt, always respectful. I like them very much.

It went exceptionally well and I have already asked them to come back once a month. The reviews were right on the money. Definitely recommended highly!

The ladies are at my home when I'm working. I come home to a gorgeous place.

Got the name from the list because of the reports. Called and made appartment for a price. Met me at stated time and walked through home. Gave quote of $200 and set date the following week to do work. Showed up on time and complete work. Very happy with results. I live in Lake County and did not know if they would come that far and what price would be.

Very well! A team of cleaners arrived and scrubbed the house from top to bottom. It was like a different house when they were done. They cleaned all the light fixtures, got up on ladders to clean and dust up high, cleaned the floors/showers/fans/tubs. They cleaned the stove completely. They did a great job and I plan to use them when I move out or if I need some help cleaning before then!

I cannot recommend 911 Cleaning Services enough. They truly are FANTASTIC! After confirming the appointment the previous day, they contacted my the morning of and confirmed that someone would be at my house around 12:00 PM. They were! After the walk-through, I was quoted a price which I felt was more than reasonable. Within the next thirty minutes, I had a team of six tackling my house. They were very courteous and understanding as I have two cats and two dogs. They finished in about four hours and they did everything. I mean everything. Some of the things I didn't expect: taking down some lighting fixtures globes and washing them by hand, rather than just wiping them down in place; taking my air return grill off and cleaning inside the available duct area. These are to name just a couple. There were many "little touches" which made me happy and more than happy to recommend them in the future.

A team of 6 persons spent 4 hours working tirelessly, and very efficiently. They were more than worth every penny. I have given them a B on punctuality because I was expecting them at 10, and after reaching them around 10:30 was told they would be here at 11:30, which is exactly when they arrived. There was obviously a misunderstanding regarding the time they would get here.

They are very thorough, they have a supervisor who walked through the whole house with me to check it all out, and they work in a team so it all gets done quickly, about two hours.

They came when they said they would and went right to work. The four workers attended to their special assignments and there was no chitchat among them, when in doubt, they asked the supervisor. They were clean, wore shirts with the firm's emblem, and showed very nice, polite behavior. The quality of their work was higher than expected and they are my regulars from now on. I still have them and highly recommend these hard working ladies 8/2010
