"This customer drained his pool for months on end causing " Check- cracking " in the new surface that can only be caused by starving a surface material that is designed to be submerged in water....of water. Subsequently denying ever having done that in spite of the evidence he has written many bad reviews on every platform he could think of trying to get us to take responsibility for not only that abuse of the surface but many other chemical abuses including not using sequestriant...calcium starvation and the use of phosphate removal products. Feel free to treat this review with the disregard that is deserves. I suggest hiring a competent professional to maintain his pool from this point foward."

"Nothing in this malicious review is true and this couple was offered their deposit back because of their argumentative, incessant continual calls before the project was even started. ( They had been told clearly that it would be one to three weeks before work started. And also told that the scheduling would be affected by weather and supplier delays and scheduling ) . On the first day that it did one of my prep guys was looking for an outlet when the wife came outside and told him to use a specific one not knowing that a freezer was plugged into it. He did what she had instructed him to do and the day after the project was completed I received an enraged call from her blaming him for the rotten meat in the freezer. Prior to that she had been delighted with the perfect job we had done fixing a previously botched job that looked hideous. After calling us negligent and suggesting that my workers could not speak or understand English, because they were reluctant to engage her in conversation due to her condescending brash nature, she embarked on a vengeful attack on my company by trashing us to anyone who provided a platform. In retrospect I know I should have cancelled this contract myself and do regret not doing exactly that. A mistake I am not likely to repeat. Perhaps in their response they would be so kind as to include some photos of our beautiful work. That would be nice."

"This customer is a plasterer by trade and was expecting the interior pool finish to look different than it did. The finish that was applied has blue spots in it which when lit from a single source pool light at night, magnifies every imperfection in the pool shell. This is normal. I told the customer that the surface appearance would even out some once the curing process is complete and the surface had been brushed a few times. It can also be improved by a second light source at the other end of the pool. ( A flood-light on the porch or corner of house. ) During the day none of these shadows can be seen. I suggested to the customer that he have a few pool experts or someone from the Plasterer's Council look at the pool because I was unable to convince him, after the fact, that the work was every bit as good as I said it would be before he hired us. The two experts that I had inspect the pool both said the same thing. " It is a beautiful job ". I will have to spend more time in the future warning plasterers of what to expect when looking at a swimming pool surface after it has been applied and familiarize them with the differences between pool plastering and other applications."

"It was clearly explained to this customer that the time of her appointment would be determined by however long the previous customer took. We were five minutes from her house when she called sounding extremely agitated and having forgotten the window of time she was given. One of the other two companies should suffice for her pool needs and we wish her the best of luck."
