WALTER'S TILE & SUPPLY

Two things would have made my experience better. One is that nothing is priced and it felt uncomfortable to make "how much is this one" the first question every time we found a tile we liked. We ended up falling in love with a tile then discovering it was more than double what we planned on spending. Naturally we modified our entire remodel plan to accommodate the more expensive tile because it was so beautiful anything less would have been a compromise. The second thing was not the fault of Walter's Tile but the sample ended up being outdated from the manufacturer. What was delivered was different. The store owner immediately called the manufacturer and they confirmed they had changed the tile without sending updated samples to the retailers. The overall look was similar but somewhat darker.

Overall we are extremely pleased with the tile and the service from Walter's Tile and Supply. We would use them again in a minute. My last comment would be that if you are looking for second rate budget tile, this isn't where you want to go. If however you are looking for the latest high quality flooring and helpful knowledgeable staff, Walter's is for you.

Excellent experience with this company. Its a small family owned tile supply company. The owner, Linda, provided lots of advise regarding color schemes, tile styles, and patterns. Multiple hours on multiple visits to her store. Some tiles were in stock and those that had to be ordered came in quickly. Very patient and understanding with the times both my wife and I changed our minds during the design phase.

The prices are higher than the big box tile suppliers but the personal assistance made it worthwhile.
