Vita Spa of Jacksonville

We had been calling other providers for months, but they could not accommodate us since we do not live in Jacksonville permanently. This time, after calling at least three different places, we called Island Spa Service. Mike came towards the end of the day on the scheduled day. He was professional, cordial, knowledgeable, and had all the parts in his car which allowed him to finish the job in one visit. Yes, the $125 trip fee is steep, but you get what you pay for with this company. Mike even spent some time teaching me how to use the controllers and left written instructions. Our spa is now working properly.

The technician arrived during the allotted time and completed the pump replacement in an efficient and timely manner. When he noticed that the silicone around the control panel was loose he cleaned the area and applied new silicone at no charge. He said he did this to prevent water from leaking down into the electrical components. Very thorough and very professional. As I stated above, we are extremely happy to recommend Vita Spa.

Everything went well. We were at work, but Mike called promptly while at the house and explained what was needed. After the repair, they refilled the tub and checked everything out.
