Hired US Alarm to come out and install an alarm, audio, and complete home automation system on our brand new build. They also ran ethernet to our separate onsite shop. To be fair to them, I asked them to do something they had not done before (complete home audio with multiple sonos amps; alert 360 complete home automation with switches, garages, thermostats, cameras, and alarm integration, etc). They definitely had to work through a few hurdles, but at the end of the day, the whole system works seamlessly and they always came out to fix any issues, minimal to no questions asked, with no extra charge, until the job was done and done right. I am very proud of what they did for my home and would recommend them to anyone.

Brian the owner came out the very first day I called and gave me a estimate. They could have done the job the very next day but I had other issues I had to deal with so I set it up for the following Friday. Derek and Scott came out and did a great job. They had to trim a little off some of the door trim for the panel to fit, and they ask for a broom and dustpan to clean up. I highly recommend us alarm for repair to your system or to have a system installed.

After replacing some windows, I got quote from my alarm monitoring company that I had to do a system upgrade for hundreds of dollars to get the new windows on my alarm system which I could not afford, so I called around. I am lucky to have found US Alarm! Otherwise, I would have had to forego my alarm system for a long time. US Alarm was honest and got the work done for far less $ using the existing wires. I will definitely use them again in the future for my alarm repair needs! Derek and Brian were very polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were also very careful not to damage the new windows to secure the alarm components with 2-faced tape only (no screws, no nails, etc.) so I can keep my lifetime warranty on the windows. I highly recommend them!

Brian and Derek were great. My system got fried by a lightening strike and they replaced all the components at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Installed system bought by me about 5 years ago. All worked fine until a lightning strike took out two cameras. Called to fix after got replacements, no response after two calls to two different numbers of company and individual. Installed replacement cameras myself. Found exposed wires on carport roof with rusted connectors. I corrected by stuffing under over hanging roof placing bricks to keep them out of exposure.

Installed a complete 8 camera system and everything has worked perfectly well now for the past 6 months without any problems. Took me a while to learn operation of the system but I am no longer a novice.

Don't be fooled by the reviews on home advisor like I did. Google the name of this company which is USAlarm of North Florida and you will see google gave this company a 1 star out of 5 review. The owner Brian Tison has very poor communication if any at all. Does not answer his phone most of the time nor does he respond to emails in a timely manner. Told me my security system would be completed in 1 day and it took 3 days. The equipment that was installed didn't work and had to be replaced. He also didn't show up with all the equipment to do the job because he forgot parts. The job was not completed and he wanted to be paid in full before the work was done. I will never recommend this company to no one.

Brian B. is an outstanding tech who is very knowledgeable about cameras and install the equipment. Brian worked as if he was installing these cameras in his own home. This tech works fast and cleaned any areas where a mess was made. He didn't leave your home until you where completely satisfied. W

The technician that came out "Brian B." was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and demonstrated pride in the work that he was doing.

After three attempts three different days, the guy finally mounted my tv. But he left EXTRA holes on my wall. If I wanted that, I would have done the job myself. He said he would come to fix it, but never came.

I can't give a good indication of the cost as i have not yet been billed. Since our cameras were quite a distance apart (500 ft) it certainly helped in completing the job faster if one had someone present during the repair to assist logistically and to explain the problem's context

We got off to a rocky start with scheduling, however when it was all said and done, the office staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made arrangements to correct the scheduling issues. The Tech's were good, took more than one day to complete but tech came back twice to try to set up. Very nice people
