They were efficient, came right away and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They provided great customer. Our technician, I think his name was Benjamin or Mike, was very skilled and knowledgeable.

Company was able to come out to the home within a few hours and assess the problem. The process was quick and efficient. My Samsung washer was giving a 4C and UR code, my tech provided me with multiple options based on the diagnosis. Definitely would recommend again to anyone in need.

The tech replace the washer machine electronic lock and in the process he damaged the door. Washer machine is worse them before, I call them back left a massage and $ 436.00 dollars later I have received a callback from this so call professional they are sorry but itâ  s a lesson I will never forget.

Best of the Best. Superior responded to my call within 5 minutes, and Mike came right out. My washer was fixed within hours, and it was a big job. All 4 shock absorbers were broken from washing heavy horse blankets. I am very impressed and highly recommend. Mike has been fixing washers for 34 years.

Outstanding! I was so surprised to find someone who knew about Jennaire on the phone. My ice maker had stopped working. They responded immediately and got there fast. Turns out it was a valve. Had to fix another issue with refrigerator.they came back and in min. Up and running

They found the reason why the heating element of my fairly new clothes dryer failed. (When I moved into a short term rental, there was no exhaust device for the heated air to be sent through the wall and outside the house. The landlord's handyman installed the in-the-wall device to which the exhaust was attached from the dryer. It had a flapper to keep small animals out. The installer failed to notice another filter was already in place and was clogged with lint. Had the Superior Appliance Repair Technician not found this situation, I would have burned out the new heating element in less than 6 months. They are quick to arrive, friendly, and reasonably priced. In fact, they take good care of their customers for less money than everybody else. The Tech is the best I've ever seen. They actually care about you and your situation.
