Description of Work: Called Servpro, after being recommended by another company, that they may be able to help with our smoke odor problem. We explained problem and they suggested the course of action we should take. The price was very reasonable and the the salesperson was very helpful and professional. He answered all our questions and concens. As we could not stay in the housefor 24 hours while the problem is being taking care of, we have not yet made an appointment, but are planning to do so in the near future.

ServPro was very professional, very thorough, but wanted to do more work than what was actually needed to clean up the laundry room. Also very interested in whether our association was paying or our insurance was paying. We heard this from almost every company we called on the phone. Some wouldn't come because we were paying out of pocket.
Description of Work: Estimate to clean up after a sewage backup in Condominium laundry room. Came out the same day we called. Very thorough in assessing the situation. Timely in getting us an estimate, although it was nearly 4 times more than what the company we actually went with charged us.Received an estimate from ServPro of $1,331.43 Paid another company $371.69 to complete the job.
