eff came by on time and Sales man Jeff came and gave us the details for construction, had slight problem with the zoneing board for premit, owner John Hamm explained problem, zoneing problem solved and construction was completed on time with very professional personel would recommend to any one

The crews was timely, fast, and cleaned up their mess.

Their communication stood out. I can expect when a job runs along. I know that it is going to run along and I know why. At the end of everyday, these folks knock on the door. We come to the door, and they tell me what they did and they say when they're going to be there the next day and what they are going to do. They clean up behind themselves and leave a clean job site. Everyday when they arrive, they knock on the door and say they are there and what they are going to do that day. It was constant communication. We knew what was happening. If there were any delays, they say sorry because the materials did not come in for this portion of job, it is in transit, and will be there the next day. They find something else to do. I've seen other companies who will be back then, but they will find something else that they could be doing in the mean time. They are so professional. We have already recommended them to at least half a dozen people. I nominate them for the Circle of Service.

The job went well and the team from Screenworks did a great job.  Only two items with scheduling caused me to give them a 'B' for punctuality.
1. My job was delayed from a Friday to the following Monday because their team needed an extra day to finish a job that was ahead of mine.
2. When the team arrived to rescreen my porch, they were not aware of the door being replaced and relocated.  Because they did not have the door nor the necessary supplies to relocate the door the job was pushed out to Tuesday.
The screens and new door looks fantastic and with the door in it's proper place I now have extra room to add more seating. 
I would definitely recommend using Screenworks.  They do quality work and have reasonable prices.

The staff (both in the field and in the office) were very helpful, communicative and receptive to the details of what we wanted.
(i.e.)They built an aluminum corner molding to cover the surface mounted electrical conduit which enhanced the asthetics of the job.
I would highly reccommend Screen works as I am very particular and I was very pleased with the outcome of our screen room.

They took my idea and provided a drawing and virtual model, this sold my wife on spending the money. The company had one senior forman that was with the project from start to finish, he was on the job site every day even in inclimate weather.  He was very approachable, professional, likeable  and knowledgeable person, appeared to be extremely proud of his work. He would go into great detail when you asked questions, earned your trust even my wife could talk to him about any constrcution subject on the project. He walked me and my wife through every detail as he was building it, always on time.  The owner of the company was always available to work out details never pushy, always had a smile and was great  to work with, even worked some change orders in when we both agreed to it.  THe other trades that worked on the project were the electrical trade, a small company who also had an owner that showed up on the jobsite and was very proud of his trade and the work they do and did. Although my work was small by construction standards we only had 3 circuts installed, He provide me with options to think about when in the construction phase.  He offered advice about upgrading the electrical box for future loads that I may want to add on later (A/C system for the room), by doing it now it would save time and money later i.e. no more trenching needed.

Would highly recommend this company and would contract with them again in the future for simliar work to be performed.

Only one reget that was not in the contract or thought about when in design, however if I was to do it again it would be to; putting a vapor barrier under the floor.

This is a great, local company.  They do excellent work, have competitive  prices, and are super friendly.  They deliver exactly what they promise.

They did a great job.  They created a high enough ceiling to the screen enclosure so that we don't feel closed in.  We had previously purchased a larger than normal front screen door, which they had no objections to using.  They came back and took care of couple of holes we found in the screen - came back quickly.  It was completed within 3-4 days.  Very satisfied with the work and professionalism. 

We called for an estimate. They were in the middle of the estimates we received. They worked in our schedule and they finished quickly and we are satisfied. We have used them before for a larger job and are still satisfied with that job which was done in 2012

ScreenWorks Company completed the work in two phases and at present NO leaks! I cannot imaging ever having a problem again but they stated they will return if needed at no extra cost. I MOST Certainly will use them again for new projects/construction!
