Roof It Right

Excellent. They were on time. They got it all off in one day. On the next day. They cleaned everything up. I didnt see anything in our yard. We were very impressed.

Company came out as promised, assessed, and repaired on time with great quality.

They were very hard working guys, who were working against the clock trying to finish b4 Hurricane Matthew got too close. We had a nor'easter descend on us a few days before the hurricane so the roofers were working in rain, and did not have much time to sweep thoroughly for nails. They installed a product called Tiger Paw, much better than felt and 50 yr warranty GAF shingles. A few shingles blew off during the tropical storm winds and they came out the next day to replace them. Naturally I would have preferred that no shingles blew off a brand new roof. I think they did a good job but not an excellent job, and came out quickly to fix the problems. Still concerned about nails

Outstanding This was the second repair to an existing roof, (Roof It Right also performed the first unrelated repair) and the workmanship was excellent. Will use again if needed and certainly for a roof repalcement

Initial work and responsiveness was good. Details and communication was NOT good. I found that the work which was within eyesight was better than the detail work that was not. In my case, a 20+ thousand dollar rood was more important for them to finish that pointing out the details of cutting drip edges so to fit gutters. Since this was out of sight, with a couple years the soffits now need replacing. Apparently shoddy workmanship is NOT A WARANTEE ITEM. After several calls they STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED!! anyone would think that $20K+ would be more important that a $2K gutter.

They were at the house early in the morning to remove the old roof, they cleaned up all debris and replace the roof  with 35 yr. architectural roofing shingles.  They also removed the hardy board around the chimney and replaced.  Brian was able to get the wind mitigation form information my insurance company needed.  Good job.

Roof looks good. Completed in two days.  Was unable or unwilling to do chimney cap repair. Separate contractor required at additional cost.

We got their quote for the job and we found it reasonable.  The job was scheduled for 3 weeks later but they were able to move it up a couple of days. Their team arrived, removed the old roof and replaced it with GAF architectural shingles.  The roof now looks great.  Cleanup afterwards was good, found just two nails under bushes.  They don't do the wind mitigation certificate, so I paid $75.00 for one from an independent inspector.  He found everything satisfactory.

It was pretty good. They cleaned up when they were finished. They finished on time.

For over one year had a leak in my roof that leaked into my bathroom. Call numerous roofers, some on Angie's list, they could not figure it out. Had one that said nothing wrong with the roof. Had one roofer come out numerous times who tried to find the leak but could never find it. I was told the vent pipe was good. I even tried to fix it but didn't do to good. Got black tar on a lot of the singles. I was told the only thing to do was replace that side of the roof. That was going to cost us over $7,000.00.
I told a friend at work about my problem and he told me to call Roof it Right and have them come out and look over my roof. Todd Hite showed up on time with his partner. His partner inspected my roof and found a crack on my vent pipe. They also pointed out some issues with my dryer vent that was on my roof. To fix vent tube, replace the dryer vent and replace the singles that I damaged cost just over $1800.00. I set it up for them to come out on a Saturday to do the work. The day before they came out I received a call from them letting me know that there where worried about doing the work the next day because it was suppose to rain. They asked me if they could come out that afternoon and do the work. Of course I said yes. They arrive around 3:30 pm and was done around 5:15 pm. They matched the singles to my roof, replaced the dryer vent and put a lead seal around my vent pipe. It has been over one month and it has rain numerous times and I have had no like.

5 workers arrived at 8am and immediately started tearing off my roof. At 730pm, they finished the entire roof, cleaned up all of the debris and left. The next day, one man came and installed the sky lights. It looks great and they were very professional.

Went exremely well, cost better than one other estimate for a 3 hour job. Professional work, no complaints

They did an excellent job installing the roof. They did it less then what they said they were going to do it. They did not fill the Wind Mediation form correctly, all and all everything went good. I still have not found one nail in the yard.
