After a not-so-pleasant  with another Airbrush company I gave RoarShack a try.  I wanted an Airbrushed customized license plate to give as a gift for my son's birthday.  I went in two weeks before and discussed my idea with the kid working the counter.  He assured me he had a good idea of what I wanted and would pass the order on to the artist.  When I came back a week later, the artist didn't do the work and couldn't find the order (although he was aware of it).  We still had a week before the birthday so I decided to have him go ahead and work on it.  This was on Saturday and he told me it would be done Wednesday or Thursday.  After not hearing from him, I decided to stop by Thursday evening and see if it was done.  It was, but not what I expected.  It looked like he did most of the art with a paint brush not an Airbrush and the quality was very poor.  I looked as if it was rushed.  I had my wife stop in and look at it and get her opinion.  She agreed that it wasn't done very well.  I called him back and told him that if he can touch it up I'd be willing to look at it again and see if I liked it.  He agreed and said to come back on Saturday at 12:00 and it would be ready.  When I arrived, I noticed the artist wasn't there.  When I asked about the plate, the kid behind the counter couldn't find it.  He called the artist and the artist told him that it wasn't there.  He had decided to bring it to an event he was working and was trying to sell it.  He was trying to sell the personalized/customized license plate that I asked him to make for me.  After spouting some choice words, I left without the plate and without another gift idea for my son.
