I’ve hired Will and his company River City Renovators many times over the years for renovation work for both my projects, my client’s projects, and even for work in my own home. I’m a GC and know quality and workmanship when I see it and I get more value from River City Renovators then I’ve gotten from anyone else. Everything from flooring, windows, full kitchens and bathroom, painting, carpentry, they’ve done great work. Would highly recommend them for any project of any size.

Swimmingly. The team was amazing from first contact call, through evaluation, estimate and ultimately, work completed. I couldn't have been happier with my selection of contractors. The bonus was the business owner's knowledge of the real estate investing arena. We talked more often about things not related to my project; other potential projects.
