 + -1 moreDO NOT use Realty Title. Doug is very unprofessional. He has already hung up on me multiple times. His company would not issue me a clean title for my home, but he has yet to provide specifics as to why. Every time we have contacted him, he complains "Not THIS house again!" Meanwhile, we have 2 mortgages, are in deep in lawyer fees, and he still will not tell us the specifics of what he found that is wrong with the property. Not even our lawyer or another title company can find any errors. His advice was: Just get another company to title you. It's a pretty good change that they won't find the issue that we found. I still do not understand, 5 months later, what the actual issue is and how to remedy the situation. If you are looking for a company with kind, reasonable, patient and empathetic customer service, please look elsewhere and save yourself the heartache.
Description of Work: They were supposed to give us a title for our house when we sold.
