Before I paint anyone in a bad color, let me first just say that if my house was a person, she would be a cantankerous old lady that hits you with her cane. My house was built in 1955 and has a tendency to be an unpredictable jerk. It was a harder job than anyone could have planned for, and for that I forgive much of the problems that cropped up during the 6 week project.
Quality 1st gave us a great quote and went out of their way to save us as much money as they could along the way. They gave us extra tile they had from past jobs and were accommodating to our hectic schedule. The workers were always very polite and after spending a month and a half with these people in our bedroom and master bath, I genuinely feel like we made some new friends.
On the less positive side, they displayed some pretty disorganized methods of communication/production management and that caused some parts of the project to have to be done twice. The quality is good, but not superlative to other jobs I've seen. Granted the price was really good for what we got, so if you're looking for major renovations on a budget, they're a great company for that kind of work. It was also a VERY long process for a single room and while the bathroom is now complete and paid for, there are some lingering issues which the company has been kindly helping us solve.
Overall, good guys and hard workers, but if you're looking to be WOWED by your contractor, it might be worth spending the extra money somewhere more established.

I had this company come into my home to get an estimate on a master bathroom/bedroom/ and closet remodel.  I gave him a plan/drawing of what we wanted to have done.  He told me it would be about a week and he would get me an estimate.  I have contacted him multiple times by phone and through his website to get the plans/drawings back with no response.
