Mega appreciative of their honesty as the room it was going to was on the second floor and the stairwell had too many sharp turns for a baby grand piano. They informed me the only way to get it done was to rent a hand crank, bring it in through the bedroom off of the master deck and roll it down the hallway. I thought they would balk at the possibility of such a hassle, but they were right on it. About a week later they arrived, gingerly disassembled and moved the piano, cranked it up onto the deck and down the hallway, and set it right up. Was stunned how relatively easy it went and also the fact there was no damage caused at all to the piano...an added bonus!
