I purchased a loveseat, ottoman, leather futon/couch, accent chair and a medium-sized kitchen island. The loveseat was available immediately and set up for delivery the next day. The remaining pieces were shipped from the manufacturer to OPF then delivered to my residence. I was charged one delivery fee, even though I received two shipments. Every person I encountered from the office manager to the delivery staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional! I was very pleased with the quality of each piece versus the price. I bought mid-range, durable products (not high end luxury, though they do have those items as well!) and found the quality to be equal to or better than the price. The chair was available in probably a 100+ patterns, all of which were available at no additional cost! They even let me take a few generously-sized fabric samples home so I could compare exact colors/patterns to my existing decor. Financing is painless with 90-days same as cash for all, excellent rates for folks without credit issues and even in-house financing for those with a more challenging credit history. I personally love the fact that they are family owned and operated by LOCAL folks for more than 30 years. I would much rather give money to a local business than some big box corporate conglomerate. Bought a desk and a table. Service and deliver were great. Highly recommend
