"Ms. [Member Name Removed], We strive to have excellent customer satisfaction and make a strong effort to address any issues/concerns from our customers. However, if the customer does not make us aware of their concerns, there is no way for us to fix it. Your move was Saturday, and this review is just now being published on Tuesday. You did not reach out to us to even give an opportunity to address anything. Our movers are not allowed to smoke near a customer or their items because many times we have customers that are sensitive to the smell. You called me numerous times to change your move terms, including adding an extra pick up for a sofa and adding to have the movers hang your curtain rods. Each time you called prior to your move, you got a live person on the phone, so you could have called the office during your move or even after your move if there were problems. In regards to pricing, we offer discounts and coupons for Angie's List customers, they are listed on our profile. You did not mention, inquire, or print any of them out. You were sent an email confirmation with services included/not included, supplies included/not included, and acceptable payment options prior to your move date. There is nothing on your invoice outside of the terms you were given on the phone or in the email. We would have at least appreciated the opportunity to try and resolve any issues/problems/concerns you had, but you did not give us that option."
"In regards to the arrival time, unfortunately we cannot control the weather, and do not move in rain because it can damage customer's items and be a high safety hazard in the loading/unloading process on wet ramps. (member name removed) did not call until 9:30am to inform us the rain has ceased at her location. At scheduling (member name removed) asked about dis-assembling and re-assembling of her exercise item, but failed to inform us about moving the item up a stairwell half the size of the machine. The crew successfully moved the item to the second floor, but due to the massive size of the item, there was some damage to the walls and surrounding area. (member name removed) was given 2 options; to either have us fix everything for her within 7 days, or a discount off her invoice in the amount of 30% off. (member name removed) chose the discount, and signed the invoice that she was completely satisfied with everything, and amends where made to her satisfaction. Though we do not like damages or situations arising, we do make sure to resolve the incident the best to our ability to achieve the customer's satisfaction immediately at the time of service. (member name removed) wrote this message because 3 days after her move she wanted to crew to return free of charge and adjust items on her exercise machine."
