NorthFLHomes Myesha Davis is an excellent real estate agent. She's very, very good and hard-working. She would show us four or five listings a week and sent me emails every day on new listings. She's aggressive when it comes to negotiations. I told her to be aggressive on this one closing, and she was aggressive. She works for you and is on your team, not the sellers. She'll fight for you and get you what you want. Our house hunting has stalled for now, for our own reasons, but she'll still call and check every couple of weeks to see how we're doing and if we're ready to look at more. She sends me emails about listings every day, and if I contact her back, she'll call me back within 5 to 10 minutes. If I tell her I want to see a house, we'll go see it the same day. She's fantastic. She has several clients that she works with, but she makes time for each and every client. I haven't paid her a dime, and I actually feel bad about that. In our state, she can't make any money until she sells us a house. I'm not allowed to even give her a gift or anything. I will absolutely use her again. She's definitely one of the best. I've dealt with some other agents, and they act like they don't have any time for you unless you're buying that day. She's not like that. She's in it for the long haul.
