Excellent. So easy. I made one phone call, appt was scheduled for a few days later, they confirmed everything and it was installed in about an hour. They were on time and it was nice to finally have a process go so smoothly from start to finish.

I had a very good overall experience with them. After the work was complete, we felt the pricing could have been better.

Mr. handyman sent out Jeff, to perform requested work. Showed up on time at 8 AM. We walked The house and survey requested work. Started on the floor approximately quarter after 8 AM I went to get hardware for bathroom and closet doors returned approximately 930 was still trying to perform repairs on floor but it made no headway. We then discussed different things at options that could possibly be done with the floor which Jeff declined to do. I've been told it to discontinue the work he was performing on the floor which was nothing. I've been advised him to continue with the closet doors in adjustments and install which I brought back two new Doors with hardware and tracks to install. We then discussed the needs for hardware for the other doors and I return to Lowe's to pick up those items. I returned approximately 1050 Jeff had completed the install of the two doors in the bedroom and master bath I brought the hardware for the other doors to complete the install and repair. I proximately 1145 Jeff and pleaded the work and was performing cleanup. So I checked the word found that one of the doors have been corrected and advised him of that he stated he had forgot that door. Event went back to get his tools to do the work. 1220 Jeff and completed the work taken his tools back out to his vehicle no cleanup at the job site or area big it worked it been done I did at that time take out the refuge swept floor from where he had attempted to put the flooring in. Event came back and presented me with the bill which was my signature block stated he would send me the bill in an email which I did receive 10 minutes later. Found he charged me for $485 worth of work Time but did not break out the time schedules as to what area stores or floors. Total charge was 4.5 working hours. I mediately called the office and discuss the times shown on my bill and ask for an accounting because I felt that the hours for the flooring could've been less. After a discussion with customer service which I was advised they would return my call within an hour after speaking with Jeff The customer service rep seem to be concerned that I wasn't given a bill when work was completed to review. After a review of the bill it was reduced by $100.

Excellent job performed in a professional manner. Damian arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job in an expedient manner. Kathy and Brandi were went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. All were customer oriented.

1. Install of the cabinets, counter top, kitchen sink and garbage disposal was fine. 2. The wall replacement was fine, except they cut holes for the outlets and switches much larger than should be and they have ragged edges. 3. Wrong screws used to partially secure dishwasher and had I not noticed, they would have come through the top of the counter when they were screwed in. 4. Main drain not secure and it leaks in 3 places and the faucet was not tightened enough and it moved around. 5. Outside wall not secured after replacing the studs in the inside. Far too expensive. At $96 an hour plus a trip charge of $52 every visit, I thought there job would be perfect, but this was not the case. No detail on materials they purchased and they up charge on top of that. I was told to warrant the materials. Why do wood studs and drywall need another warranty. And how does 5 studs, insulation, a few nails, and drywall need a warranty above the manufacture? This was four days of work.

Good communication, before and after. Responded on time did a good job within estimate provided. Cleaned up after finished. Price was not cheap but guaranteed and job was completed as promised. Had to provide my own door and have on site so cost is for labor and other parts.

This is the second time I've used this company.  The technicians are very professional and efficient.  They did exactly what I requested.  I was presented a verbal estimate over the phone and a written estimate when the technician surveyed the job on-site.  Final costs were slightly less than estimated in both cases. I liked that my appointment window was only 2 hours.         

When he began the job he inventoried all the parts of the new toilet and noticed I had forgotten to purchase a return line.  He told me exactly what I needed to purchase and continued his work while I ran to the hardware store.  I could see how a different company may have handled that situation differently and charged me for a return visit.  

He uninstalled the old toilet and installed the new one. He hauled away the old toilet and disposed of the packaging for the new one. Everything is working perfectly and I was very satisfied with the job.  I will use this company again.

The Mr. Handyman technician arrived on time ( a little late the first visit but his office called beforehand to tell me he would be late because of traffic) and quickly went to work. In both cases the estimated time to complete the projects was a bit shorter than actual completion times. The work was done well and the technician was polite and professional throughout. The payment system is automated so credit card processing onsite was quickly done.
