Great work, very pleased with the service.

Outstanding quality service and work by experienced specialists! Strong winds blew off vinyl ceiling soffit on back porch leaving a gaping hole and insulation blowing out of the attic. I remembered seeing Mr. Handyman ads in the Times/Union as Jacksonville's finest and gave them a call. Lisa answered and was superb in asking pertinent questions, explaining everything, and scheduling next day quote. Another big shout out as a few days later Frank & Bill came out and did an awesome job! The effective communication is terrific because you get text messages of date, time, and even a photo and name of the specialist. The trucks are easily identified as Mr. Handyman with name, logo, and more! In addition to replacing the soffit Frank & Bill replaced the back patio light and the front porch light and strengthened the drooping ceiling. My family and I are completely satisfied and highly recommend Mr. Handyman. We will be calling again as there are some other projects to do. Best of all is the personalized service of getting the Red Carpet Treatment. Being friendly and personable is really nice and we appreciate Mr. Handyman for this. Thanks again Lisa, Frank, and Bill!

The work was done expertly and neatly. Finished results are terrific. About $200 more than I expected but I'll be a bit smarter next time.

Very responsive from the time I called to the time it was repaired. Communicated everything I could expect along the way.. I guess Garage doors are an expensive home repair. Overall very pleased with the repair. No problems with the door since the repair. Thank you ☺️

Way too pricy for value. Was charged over $1200 to install a double exterior door. Have an estimate for same type door to be installed by another contractor for $400. Good techs, someone else is controlling pricing who is clueless.

First class professional. Not cheap, but great quality, on time, and very professional. Iâ ve hired many craftsmen over 48 years of home ownership, and this experience is among the best.

Fitz was friendly, fast and did an excellent job with the items he corrected.

He installed a double hanging clothes rack in the closet. He put together a freestanding 6 ft oval mirror.

He was very helpful in pointing out other items that needed to be done They were not licensed to do. So I will be looking to get that done.

They're honest they're fair in they have a reasonable price.

Hired to install 6 metal dowels & 3 shelves total for 2 closets on master, guy informed me upon arrival job would take about 3 hrs which seemed long to me. Fees are a bit high, guy finished job it looked good, but he took 5 hrs to complete. Funny when they charge by the hour how work timeframe gets lengthened!! By time was all said and done, cost over $500 👎🏾

Jeff was on time for the appointment, early actually. He looked over the problem and went right to work fixing it. The job was fixed property and so far without issues. Not know much about the construction business I think they are a bit pricey, however they can be be right online with their going rates. I would definitely recommend them.

Being an out of state homeowner and not being available at the time the work was done, when I got to the home, I was not satisfied with the work that was done. They came back out and spent over 8 hours going above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was completed.

The gentleman that was sent out to us was really super nice. But, he dragged his tail. He fixed our leaky plumbing issue within 20 minutes and then asked if there was anything else we needed done. We asked him to take a look at 3 of our sinks because the faucets were leaking. He spent over 2 hours assessing them, but not fixing them. Almost $300 for 20 minutes of actual work....? We need to purchase new faucets, but we are not rehiring this company to put them in.

Excellent Experience. Immediate initial contact. Scheduled me for that afternoon (had a cancellation). Paul showed up on time and was very profesional Minimum time spent assessing (thoroughly) project. Gave me a written estimate. Off to buy materials and back very quickly. Work was done expeditiously and with attention to detail. Excellent cleanup. A little pricey, but worth it. Would use again.
