Meds Pool Service

In 2003 we noticed a large crack in our diving bowl & decided to call Med out to fix it and replace the 10+ year old liner. Big mistake! They drained the pool and left a big pump running in the bowl for almost 3 weeks before his subcontractor finally arrived to patch the crack. They did a horrible job too - it was a big mess and they just carelessly slapped on some concrete right before a thunderstorm. It was impossible to smooth it out before the liner was installed, so now we can still see the crack AND the uneven surface beneath the liner. It took almost one month for them to finish that sloppy work. Topping it off: Med was very rude whenever we tried to contact them about the delays and the careless work.

They left the work site and I didn't hear from them for a couple days. I called and they said the next time they were on this side of town they would fix it. They eventually came back about 7 days later and did not finish the job again. The piece of the PVC pipe they did fix was leaking and I came home to water shooting out of the pool pump. They did come back and fix it but I would never use them again. I don't know about their price because it was covered under my home warranty.
