"Member, I apologize we did not address your results as you suggested you wanted in your write-up. Based on your email to us on 5/3, as shown below, we did not think you were interested in immediate action or reaction until next time we serviced you; but we were wrong and I apologize: "Shane: I am VERY satisfied with the job. Your staff workers did an especially good and through job of cleaning a long overdue job. I am glad that I contracted your company and would NOT hesitate to reccomend you at all. The only thing I would change is the next time NOT to use the rotary scrubber on my pool deck (under the overhang) as it caused striations in the paint finish and some minor concrete loosening. I should have advised your guys to use the pressure washer hose instead of the scrubber. Next time we'll know. Thanks again. The Member" Again, I apologize for this and would appreciate if you can send me a few pics of those areas effected that I may attach to your record for the future; if not convenient that's okay. Also, as a side note for anyone reading this...if your pool deck, whether painted or surface coated, is not cleaned/rid-of fungus, algae, mold for a considerable period of time this will cause that paint/surface coat to deteriorate and easily sluff-off when cleaned. The continued day to day moisture held against almost any surface causes those kinds of results. I am not saying that is what caused this as it could have been age, initial prepping/application, infrequent cleanings to reduce the negative moist exposure or a combination of those listed. In the 13 years in business this is not normal and our cleaning process is more of a chemical cleaning and very little pressure in order to avoid serious liability. We use our surface cleaners daily and unless the paint is peeling, faded, deteriorated, or sluffing no negative affects should arise. Respectfully, Shane Mandrell"
