CoThis was a disaster, communication very poor, once a buyer was found. Good news, property was sold, but our realtor was friends with the buyer's realtor and they jointly sat on the papers and did not deliver to bank for weeks. Our home we were buying in another state was dependent upon the sell of current house and due to their lack of professional conduct, our closing has yet to go through. Amy did not tell us why the closing was so slow we had to talk to her broker to find the answer. It was a very frustrating experience, I do not recommend this Amy Young.

She's smart, professional, and courteous. I was anxious and nervous because this was a short sell. Amy told me everything I needed to do to make it happen and gave me the timeline so I could plan accordingly. She found a buyer right away and worked with the lender to get it accomplished with the best (under the circumstances) outcome for me. I live 3,000 miles away! Amy kept in touch with me throughout the process and was patient with my questions and always answered my emails quickly.
