 + -1 moreJC Penney has an excellent reputation for homemade curtains. They are expensive, but the quality is exceptional. They helped me pick out the style and colors to match our home, and I could not be happier. The curtains look just wonderful.
Description of Work: We purchased valance and sheared curtains for all windows in our house. JC Penney installed the curtains on all 14 windows.
